When my order arrived, the shrimp and grits looked ordinary--not quite what I am used to--but the flavor definitely surprised me. The dish was flavorful and delicious. I also ordered the calamari, which arrived hot, crispy, and very good. My only disappointment was that the food was served in a to-go bowl with plastic utensils. I actually cut my lip on the plastic soup spoon, so that took away from the overall dining experience. However, the food itself was excellent, and I enjoyed everything I ordered. We ordered: Seasoned fries (5/5): we got the Cajun/garlic flavor and it came with ranch and ketchup. It was delish and crispy garlic noodles (5/5): really flavorful but a bit salty. Think it needs more noodles Regular fries (5/5): like McDonald fries! Super crispy and fresh Seafood lover (4/5): we got the mixed sauce and got a medium spice level. We felt like the sauce was missing something, tasted like hot sauce a bit? Wasn't like your typical Cajun seasoning like kickin crab and not sure if I prefer it TBH. When I say I had a great time here I had a great time!!! I met up with 2 other friends because I had taste for some seafood boil, so we met up there and I didn't realize how close this was to my house. So we get there and was instantly seated it was a nice quiet place for a Sunday dinner and I can see myself coming for Monday and Sunday football, and the atmosphere is nice and friendly but the food is BUSSIN!!! I started off with some gumbo with white rice then we moved on to the Snow Tiger Lobsters , 1lb shrimp, 1lb Snow Crab, 2 lobster tails, corn, sausage, and potatoes, I know I was feeling good because all I could think of was going home and taking a nap!! Two days after my first visit (9/26) and I am still craving that lemon pepper butter with medium heat!!! My friend and I came here as we visit local restaurants. I ordered a bag and my friend ordered the fried catfish with fries. When we walked in around 4:30 the restaurant had a few customers wrapping up their meals. I noticed that instead of getting seated at a table when you walk in you're greeted by the staff and told "take a seat wherever you want" and that's what we did. As the place started to fill groups waited at the entrance until they could be sat. There are big booths, tables and tabletops. Music is playing in the background and it's an overall lively place with a fun atmosphere and super friendly staff. The first thing that came to our table was the limes and salt and I was so happy! I love everything lemony/zesty. When our food came we were doing a happy dance at the table. I had some of my friend's catfish and cajun fries and just WOW!! I ordered a bag with a half pound of their peeled shrimp, some andouille sausage, and corn. As my side I got the garlic bread. My friend sampled some of my food and he agrees...DELICIOUS!!!! My only regret is I didn't have a little Tupperware to put the lemon pepper sauce in because I'm craving it sooo bad! We had a great meal, super reasonable prices and the service. Instead of having one person as a server the employees work as a team with everyone coming around to check on you. Shrimps were so small aswell first time I have ever seen that at a stinkin location Refills were very hard to get even though they say unlimited the garlic noodles were unbelievably salty and excessively oily as if they made a big batch and it was just sitting there. We ordered the crab boiled with mussels, potatoes, shrimp, and corn with a side order of mussels, fried corn and calamari. Service was fast and the staff were great. Unfortunately, the food was too salty, the sauce did not taste like a boil sauce and lacked any garlic flavor. Was just recommended this place. When I went it was empty and quiet. The server Jessie was really nice. He had amazing customer service. The restaurant was clean and nice. I ordered snow crab legs, corn on the cob, boiled egg, and a couple strawberry margaritas. The crab leg tasted fresh however it wasn't a lot of meat inside of the crab legs, so that was a bummer, but the little bit of meat that was in there tasted good along with the garlic butter. The sauce has a great flavor and the shrimp seem fresh but the size of the sausage that come in the lunch specials and gumbo are very small compared to other restaurants. The items in the bag were not hot but warm in temperature. The mild is spicy so dont go medium unless you love heartburn. The garlic noodle definitely needed more garlic flavor and the portion was small. Seems like its premade and reheated which make the noodles dry. Same goes for the gumbo seemed reheated and ok flavor. Overall not bad for the price but I've had way better at other location. Location gets busy during lunch time. Parking can be tough during rush hour and the price is just right. This is my go-to for seafood boils. I used to travel to OC for seafood boil but this place knows how to do it right and they're closer to home. Embarrassingly, I come here at least once every 2 weeks with friends or my husband. Their quality is always consistently good, and the staff is always friendly. One thing I really appreciate them doing is the free dessert at the end. That's really how you kill the competition--give your clients dessert at the end so they don't need to satisfy their sweet tooth anywhere else LOL. My only qualm is that they need to put a bigger order in for oysters because they always run out by the weekend! :( other than that, solid place, good vibes, and the music is always right. Traditional potato's, corn, sausage, peeled shrimp (12 count not 1/2lb) and crab cluster. The sauce was beyond salty, I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. My beer was lukewarm but the server gave me a pitcher of ice to sit it in and it was better after that. The crab clusters.... Smh, 5 of the legs didn't have meat, the shells were beyond soft. I'm the Queen at cracking some legs okkk and pulling out all the meat... unfortunately, I could fold the leg in half like a piece of paper and it wouldn't snap, pop, crack or nothing. The other legs had thin pieces of crab, almost like the legs were on a diet. I wanted more shrimp so I ordered to go and still just too little. I understand the inflation, pandemic etc. I firmly believe that if product isn't up to par in your eyes or it's good you wouldn't serve yourself or family, then revise your menu, remove those options until the product looks amazing enough to serve. We went here yesterday. I've been wanting to try this place so finally we visited. The food was great! But tiger shrimp wasn't big as expected but same as normal ones. We could've left a review with 5 stars if it was everything I would say, but unfortunately it turned out not a good experience. We were only served when we asked servers to help: hammers, extra napkins, even ordering... they didn't check until we raised our hands and waited for them more minutes than others would be served. About the tips, based on this experience we didn't want to leave the tips but me as a server also we left 15%. But knowing the total was already included 15% of the tip already but without being informed, it turned out the worst experience and place we've gone.
