1000/10 the customer service and quick service is unbeatable. I enjoy ordering ahead when I call and their accuracy when your food is ready is always correct. I enjoy the mom and pop feel. I can never go wrong with the ceviche plato shared between two and their fish tacos! I promise you, you won't be disappointed!

I was craving some tacos today and wanted to explore Lawndale and all it has to offer. I stumbled upon Mariscos through Yelp and decided that this will be the place that will cure my cravings. I called in to pick up (because, hello, omicron, anyone?) and they said that my order will take about ten minutes. I was soooo excited. The tacos are huge and hearty. The fish grilled to perfection. The rice is fluffy and perfectly seasoned. Chips and salsa were included. The server at the counter had a lovely demeanour and an even lovelier sense of humour. I really can't wait to try other things on the menu and tbh I think this will be my go-to taco place now!!

Longosta!! That shit was bombacious!! Bomddiggity!! NO DOUBT!!!!!

The price has gone up but ima let it slide!! A shrimp taco plate and a jarritos will run you $18,but worth it. The presentation was beautiful. Will definitely fill you up. I was a little depressed and wondering about the meaning of life just before I put in my order. Then I park my car,ate my food while watching my name is Earl and realized life isn't soo bad! Damn tacos had me humming and singing I just died in your arms tonight!!

Everyone knows the best food comes from the hole in the walls. I really liked this hole is the wall mariscos/seafood restaurant. I had the Mexican cane sugar based soda with the shrimp burrito. The Mexican fried rice wasn't the best but the flavor and freshness of the shrimp made up for it. The mariscos/seafood tacos are crunchy and made fresh to order. I love that they top the tacos with big portions of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and cotija cheese. I definitely recommend this spot when in the Hawthorne area (very close to LAX) for some delicious mariscos!!!

Absolutely Been here 4-5 times. Always order the Aguaschilis, shrimp ceviche and a couple modelos. I'm sure I tore up the spelling

Ok, This place deserves a review asap so here I am. Came to this spot to enjoy ceviche and got their fish option and its so far the best I have had in our area. The fish option was really well mixed and it was filled with flavor. I tried their salsa and tostadas as well and they were all amazing. We ordered their langostinos which are grilled and they were cooked to perfection. Lots of flavor and prices were very fair. The location has a good amount of seating and when we came in there were only a few other people there but it did fill out a bit more later on. I will definitely be back at this place soon! It will most likely be my go to going forward! If you are in the area, stop by, you will not be disappointed.

So happy that hubbs and I stumbled upon this restaurant! I had the tostada de ceviche mixto along with the langostinos and they were both delish! I've been here only once but I will absolutely be back! It's a small restaurant but service is pretty fast! Also plenty of parking in this structure.

This place serves really good 7 mares soup and shrimp cocktails. The saying of the hole in the wall restaurants tend to have good food definitely describe this place! Food was delicious ambiance was calm staff was very friendly.

Expect authentic traditional plates & attentive servers. My favorite spot for mojarra frita, carne asada & aguachiles. I've been eating here for a couple years and explored most of the menu. These three are in my opinion the best (obviously biased). The vegetables are always fresh, you can tell they're cut daily not days before. The mojarra is fried but the inside is juicy never dry. The asada is sooooo good, cooked perfectly with the best seasoning. I don't even get how you can make asada this good. I appreciate them for substituting rice & beans for more salad. The restaurant is clean the bathrooms are clean and the ambiance is casual. My only issue is the micheladas! They're so disappointing. It could be the mix they make themselves but they're just not good. Overall if you're craving some good South American cuisine give them a try! Cold beer & delicious food.

Southern California is rich and diverse with different foods...worldwide, if you want it, thought it, read about it, or even just discovered it...it is here somewhere waiting to be put on your dinner plate and enjoyed. So it was no surprise that for dinner tonight I didn't need to look far. Yelp reviews were all positive. The establishment is hidden in a little strip mall and quite unnoticeable. But look for it you will not be disappointed...!!! The dining room is small, simple, but comfortable. Tonight I ordered the Seafood Cocktail as my starter, and the Mixed Grilled Seafood as the main entrée. I love shrimp cocktails, but this was much different then anything I've had before...it arrived first, in a large goblet, cold, and oh so tasty. This was perhaps the best seafood cocktail that I have ever had. Absolutely remarkable. Shrimp, scallops, tomatos, other chopped veggies in a very tasty broth. WOW...!!! Next arrived the mixed grill seafood, with prawns, octopus, fish, scallops...the most remarkable of flavors. If I would have been the only person in the room, I'd have licked the plate. Yes, it was that good. When one thinks seafood, you don't really think "mexican seafood"...Well, perhaps we should. Mariscos La Fiesta is a family owned and operated small business. These are your friends and neighbors...they are cooking up remarkable foods...go give them a try...you will not be disappointed...!!!

We normally order the sea snails in the coconut sauce, filet mignon noodles and also the combo with Dungeoness crab. All great! There is something about the sauce or flavor where I can't stop eating, even though I know I'm full and shouldn't be eating anymore, but I just can't help it. The seafood is always fresh. They give you salt, pepper and lots of lemons to make your own dipping sauce. This is great, because if you know, you know, this place is legit for us Viets. As for food we got the Combo 2 and our choices were shrimp, clams and snow crab. We went with the Torpedo sauce for our boil cause it was a mixture of all their other sauces (garlic butter, classic cajun and lemon pepper) and we got it at a medium spice level. And oh boy oh boy did it set our mouths on fire but in the best way possible!! The sauce was everything we wanted it to be, spicy, savory, garlicky, tangy and just pure indulgence. To calm the heat though we also got cajun fries, rice, Thai tea and Jasmine milk tea. Sharing a meal with a friend is always nice but sharing a meal with a friend here is great. I believe food is the ultimate uniter and I'm happy we chose to go here!! My one and only con is just the location because it was a bit sketchy especially at night but the food and service was so good I think it's still worth it to go.

We started with the ceviche in Clamato with pieces of crab and avocado served with a delicious tortilla chips. I absolutely loved the flavor profile and couldn't get enough of the Clamato sauce. Then we moved to the weekend only special sea urchin, which Stephanie's parents personally bring down from Santa Barbara for weekend service. I'm usually indifferent at best to sea urchin, but this was excellent Then we shared the Jonah Crab Fusilli, another winner. I was driving, but hubby ordered a banhattan and it was another winner. They also have some beer and wine options as well as a full bar. Though very full by this point, just couldn't resist the pretzel bread pudding. The bread portion was crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside with a delicious salty caramel sauce. Served with a very smooth and delectable scoop of ice cream. There's indoor and outdoor seating. If you want to sit inside best to make a reservation. We did not have reservations, but were lucky to get outside seating. Service was fluid with different people coming around to ensure everything was tidy. Really enjoyed one of the staff, a young girl who cleared our table and delivered some of the dishes. Easily the highlight of the trip was my sister's birthday dinner at Eddie V's Prime Seafood in El Segundo. Parking was pretty simple as they have valet parking. In general I prefer to park my own car,but we were celebrating and my mother didn't want to walk from the nearby lot. Walking in,we were immediately greeted by their overly friendly hostess-she checked us in and made us feel quite welcome. The place is straight gorgeous inside, I was for sure happy I decided to wear my " upscale" shoes for this evening's event. Being that I had never been here before,I wasn't sure what the dress code was,I'd say it was business casual or resort evening wear attire. My favorite appetizer easily was the Wagyu Dumplings-I've never quite had a flavor so unique-I really enjoyed it thoroughly. For dessert we shared a crème brûlée ($15.00) and they gave us a complimentary bananas foster for my sister's birthday. I truly enjoyed the bananas foster-not a dish I usually have,so being able to have this was a true treat. In closing. our visit could not have been more perfect. The combination of high level service, high quality food, and perfect ambience truly elevated my sister's birthday to the highest of levels.

There does not appear to be any system of communication between the two areas such that the protein is held under the heat lamp area until the other person adds the side dish (fries, coleslaw, etc) to complete the order.
