Just had my oil changed here. They had my oils done within 20 minutes. Their crew is on the younger side but I must say, they did an excellent job. They're fast and reliable, also loved how they didn't try to sell me on anything right then and there, but did give me a heads up on things to look at and consider working on in the future. First time today! I was in and out in 30 mins. Got a great deal! 38.99 plus tax for semi-synthetic oil change on my Honda odessy. Even got a flower! Talked to one of their regulars in the lobby which is really cool decoarayed vintage style and he had nothing but good things to say. Definitively coming back. read more

I've been a customer for a few years never had an issue but today they got me for $100 for a simple oil change because of an "synthetic up charge". There was never talk of this up charge when I asked if they could use a certain oil I requested. And when I contested the price at the end there was no trying to help or explain why. And for me I use their services because doing it myself was the same price as having them do the service but now with how the shop is ran and for the "up charge" I'm going to have to go back to doing it myself. Really disappointed with how they operate business now a days. But the employees that did the service to my car were awesome and no doubt I their abilities. As for the guy operating the store, he should go back to doing strictly oil changes. Also their up charge does not equate to the price of the oil. Total scam unfortunately. read more

Have been a loyal customer with my private vehicles (3) and my company's vehicles (5). Never had a problem. Went in today to get an oil change. There were no cars in the bays. But there were 3 workers gathered around a giant fan. None of them bothered to even acknowledge me. I waited for a few minutes then realized I WAS WASTING MY VALUABLE TIME. Stinky's is family. You can just tell how incredibly genuine each and every employee is! They never come off as the stereotypical "slimy" car mechanics. They are so incredibly helpful! I usually come in for frequent oil changes and they always point out anything else that they find with a solution of how to fix it even if it means you getting the part and then them installing it for no charge! ( they put in a coolant tank for me for free!) I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to Stinky's! Plus they give carnation flowers out when you finish checking out! read more

I had car trouble I pulled into their parking lot by chance. Doug and Dominic came out to ask me if everything was ok. They helped me solve my problem with my battery it was a simple fix luckily. I offered and they wouldn't accept any form of payment they were just glad to help. I will definitely be back to give them my business and I highly recommend them. I came here for an oil change and only had to wait in their nicely air conditioned lobby for about 15 minutes before they finished. The hood of my car had also been stuck open for a couple months and they fixed it for me for no charge. Meanwhile my boyfriend decided to go somewhere else for an oil change and they made him wait IN THE SUN FOR 3 HOURS!! Next time he will be going to Stinky's. read more

I got an oil change a month ago and my engine light just came on. Went to a shop to get it checked out and they told me there was 1 qt of oil in my car. No leaks detected. they did not put oil back into my car and that is why my car was Running so badly. I do NOT recommend stinkys unless you wanna risk $500 in car problems. read more

This place is absolutely awesome, I dropped by on my way to work for an oil change. From the time I drove up (without and appointment) to the time I left was under and around 15 minutes. Throughout this whole process they communicated with me, told me my vehicle was in great shape and recommended another service, if I have not had it done (based on mileage, and to keep the vehicle in great shape). Though they never pressured me like a lot of other places. Upon leaving they gave me a flower. This place was great, super quick and efficient for an oil change. read more

The people were friendly, and told my boyfriend that an oil change would be $35. It's a little more than what I pay at Sun Devil Auto, but he was way overdue for the change and Sun Devil was too busy to take me until later tonight. They added a surcharge for synthetic oil, and after changing his air filter, it ended up costing $100. No other place has given us surcharges for synthetic, and they didn't warn him, either. We were excited to go here because it was supposed to be quick and friendly, but $100 for an oil change and air filter is ridiculous. If they would haven mentioned it beforehand we could have gone elsewhere. read more
