If I could give negative stars I would. Went in because my brake fluid was and I didn't feel comfortable adding it in my own since it has a Doppler wire. I told Ryan the brake pad was not working well and can I also get a free brake inspection. 3.5 hours later and they blew out the seals to the master cylinder and tried to blame me for running it without any fluids. Had to have it towed to mechanic that put on new master cylinder and he even wrote a letter for court on it was 100% Tanner and Ryan's fault for putting too much pressure in the lines at one time and destroyed the booster and master cylinder. read more

9/10/25 DO NOT GO HERE. Took my wife's car to get a break service. Ended up getting a full front break replacement including rotors and pads($2k+). Within the month started hearing terrible grinding (metal on metal). Took it to another shop where they said rotors were horribly warped. They couldn't believe they were brand new... Took the car back for a "warranty". All they did was resurface the new rotors. Fast forward to now and the car cannot be driven because of how bad the breaks are UNSAFE. Spoke with manager "Tanner" and he was completely dismissive... Spoke with manager "Andy or Danny" from the other store location and same thing. "Not my store, not my problem"... SAVE YOUR MONEY! Plenty of more professional car shops in a near radius. Learn from my mistake. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND SAFETY TAKE IT ELSEWHERE. read more

These guys are so incredible. My young daughter's car stalled out in a very busy intersection in front of their shop. They came running out to help her and were able to get her car into their shop. Turned out the battery and alternator were dead. They helped calm down my daughter gave us a very competitive price to repair both. We could not have felt like we were in better hands. read more

Went in today 9/25/24 to get a routine oil change on my girlfriend's car. Walked into the office and spoke w/ Ryan about the appointment I had set up for 9am. He didn't talk about any options or pricing differences. Ryan just looked into his computer and said "the full-synthetic right?". I sat around the office for about 20mins and they hadn't even taken my gf's car back yet... Ryan/Tanner told me over the phone that they were wide-open this morning. Fast forward an hour to 10am and they still have the car up on the lift. When i get back to collect her car that I took in FOR JUST AN OIL CHANGE, Ryan slams me with a bunch of different "highly recommended services". It cost me $91 for a full-synthetic oil change, but she got her windshield wiper fluid "on the house"... what a joke. I won't be back with my gf's car or my two personal vehicles. what a complete rip-off! read more

High Integrity|Quality Work|Professional|Kind|Afforable|Respected These are some of the attributes I'd use to describe the team at Breaks Plus, and Tanner, who is my mechanic until the day he retires. Tanner, Ryan, Angel and the whole crew run an excellent shop. I was referred there by a friend of mine after my check engine light came on and I had some issues. Tanner provided me with 3 qoutes: 1. The issue at hand and what needed to be repaired to get my car running (I needed a new fuel pump) 2. Suggested maintenance to prevent future problems 3. Work that should be done within the next 6-12 months (like my breaks, etc) This was awesome because Tanner gave me options instead of feeding me a bunch of crap to make a buck off of a girl who doesn't know much about mechanics. That's not how this shop runs, and I'm here for it! The costs for the repairs I needed immediately were much cheaper than I expected, so I asked him to change my spark plugs (never been changed and way overdue) and do a tune up and oil change. Tanner cut me some breaks and gave me some additional discounts on top of getting it all done in just a few hours. Prior to getting the work done, Tanner brought me over to my car so that I could visually see where the breaks are wearing, and how the spark plugs were blackened and crusty, etc. Seeing how worn my breaks were, coupled with knowing what it feels like when I press on my breaks, was enlightenting. I could visually see what I was feeling and that gave me an understanding of how much longer I can safely drive before getting them replaced. To be educated and involved in the process gave me peace! I didn't need to blindly trust, although I can say that Tanner and his team continue to show me integrity and kindness evertime I come in. Today I had my car towed to Breaks Plus because my car battery died. I had just purchased that battery a month ago at AutoZone. Tanner checked out my car to make sure it wasn't something else, then called AutoZone for me and AutoZone delivered a new battery and Tanner installed it at no charge. Before leaving, Tanner handed me a coupon for a free oil change - on top of taking an hour out of his day at no charge to me and helping me get my car running again. Superb! I used to go to Walmart for oil changes, but saving $5-10 at Walmart is not worth it. Having the same set of experienced hands and eyes on your car everytime is smarter in my opnion. Someone who's an invested mechanic, not just a worker bee who's pushing out the grind. If you're looking for an HONEST and FAIR shop, this is it. This is my place. read more

I came to get my brakes replaced and was not asked to do things I didn't need to do to my car like I typically am when I get my brakes or oil changed. I was quoted double for brakes and rotors at the place I got an oil change from a month ago that was down the road. I was very happy with the honesty and integrity the technicians showed at this location. They weren't just trying to get me to purchase a service and actually told me I could wait a little bit longer to replace my brakes if I wanted to. Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and they were able to finish my car in a couple of hours. Ryan performed my service and kept me informed on the status along the way.
