Loved this place! The man who helped me (tall, tattooed) was sweet and helpful. Never once did I feel taken advantage of on pricing or up selling. My oil change was quick and standardly priced. He also looked at my AC which was giving me problems. At check out he gave me a manager discount and a flower- such great service, perfect for students or anyone willing to save a buck. This was probably the best oil change experience I have ever had. The owner was friendly... his daughter was there to help and the friendly gentleman who worked on my car went above and beyond what he was asked to do and helped me with my air filter by attaching a washer and zip tie so no air is able to enter for more power. Probably won't be back. Too expensive. $86 for full synthetic is not competitive with other places like brake masters, jiffy lube or gunnels. Also they didn't ask me what kind of oil change I wanted. 4 stars though for being fast and friendly. The carnation is a cute touch. I have a mechanic I love and he keeps our 9 year old Toyota running like new. He has a small shop and leaving the car for an oil change is a pain. I found this place nearby and was impressed by the reviews. The place is small. The waiting room is fun with old cars and soda machine. Felt kinda like a fun basement. I liked the vibe. Laid back and not pushy. I would not worry sending my wife here. So many places use scare tactics to make you think that add on services and products are needed. Here they showed me the two filters and I chose to replace the air one and not cabin. Here is where if I was given the choice of half star I might use it. My car seemed to be taking a while. Others claimed 20 minutes and raved about the time. Mine was creeping to 40-45 min. Well I guess they had to run across the street to buy the filter. Wish they would have told me cause I would have done it myself later. I had a sick wife at home. But not a huge deal and I will be back. read more

Oil changes nothing to get excited about. what could be so different from one to the other. I have had nearly a thousand in my life with driving about 45 to 50,000 miles a year. I saw the yelp ratings for stinky's, was nearby, so I stopped in. There were four vehicles ahead of me & I was immediately concerned about how long it would take. James guided me to an open bay. I immediately got a great vibe from James from the point of initial eye contact. James showed me the way to the Customer lobby, which has a feel of a bar in someone's home. The most relaxed atmosphere i have ever felt while getting a car worked on. Nicole was behind the counter, which I'm sure is the main reason the waiting area is so chill (it feeds off Nicole's vibe). I was in and out in 35 minutes. The friendliness the warmth and caring are definitely real stinky's is different in a good way ,,, go there you will not be disappointed. A difference you can feel. From the guys down in the pits, joking with James & the customers while working on the cars, to Nicole & her warmth, chill vibe & smile. I left knowing that there is a man I can trust that will take care of my vehicle as he would his own. That man is James & "it" emanates from his soul. You will feel it also! read more

This was one of my favorite places to bring my car for an oil change. They are super fast and a good price for oil change only. Then my husband took the car to them for an oil change and they tacked on a 44 dollar cabin air filter. Not only is that only $14.99 at auto zone, but they did it without my husbands permission. They just said they were replacing it and made it sound like it was included and added it to the price of the oil change. When my husband asked why it was so expensive the girl said because of the air filter and he was so shocked he paid and left. He called me right after and I told him to take it right back because that's unacceptable. He went back to tell them to take the new one out and put the old one back in because we're not paying 3X the price of the air filter and they called the cops. Don't waste your time with this place. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off. read more
