I had a harness wiring issue with my vehicle that I knew from the get-go was the cause of my third brake light being out but they made me pay a diagnostic fee regardless. The machine screws that affix the third brake light to the fixture are less than $5 and for how long my car was in the shop for a small repair like this, and for HOW MUCH I paid (over $500) they couldn't order these simple machine screws to complete the job properly. Instead of they left the light dangling. More importantly the fixture can just be snapped into place without screws, at the very least they could have done that but they decided to half-ass the job. I had to go to Home Depot myself and get the screws to affix it. There is a hardware store down the street from this place and they couldn't order the screws? Ridiculous Not to mention getting in touch with them to get an update is near impossible. I called after 3 business days bc I didn't get an update and it was just static on their end of the line. I leave a lot of reviews and visit a lot of places. 99% are positive. This place is at the bottom. My Vehicle smoking after pickup. It never smoked before so how is that wear and tear? This is the 2nd big thing missed during extensive accident repairs. Insurance company is fed up, they would have totaled the vehicle had the diagnosis been correct at the beginning. I've made complaints with the MD Attorney General, FTC, BBB and the ASE. I made them against the business and the mechanic Bladdamere. I am also reporting to the Maryland State Police, Automotive Safety Enforcement Division and MDOT. Just so they are aware how this business is sending vehicles back out onto the road. I am so lucky I turned my dash camera on. Both times My I picked up my vehicle and it broke down before I made it home. No way they test drove it on the road. I can't recommend Eurotech enough! I drive across town (20+min) to take my car to them, and you should too. Last visit was a perfect example of their expertise and service - the hood of my car wouldn't pop open, so I made an appointment for the following day. When I got there, the staff remembered me and suggested I wait about 15min while the technician took a quick look at the mechanism. I sat down, and 10min later he returned with a smile and said "all set! It was just jammed." He wouldn't even charge me for it AND when I got into my car I found he'd also topped off my windshield fluids and checked the tire pressure!! Would you believe there is an automotive garage out there that when your car gets towed into their lot, like mine, and when you have never been there before, the owner of the garage drives 40 minutes each way to drop you off at a Metro stop? Well, that's what happened to me. I was driving my Saab 9000 on Interstate 95 just north of Baltimore when the engine just died. No warning at all...the car engine just quick working. I steered to the breakdown lane, put my flashers on and contacted my insurance company to arrange a tow to a gas station that works on Saabs. While waiting for the tow truck, some 1:45 hours, I called a garage...they didn't work on Saabs but recommended Euro-Tech. I called Euro-Tech, they said to have the car towed to them and they would take a look at it and see what they could do. Mike is the manager there...he was terrific. He understood my situation, not being from the area and having no idea what was wrong with my car, but he took the time to talk with me and assured me they would work on the car that day and do their best to get me on my way. Keep in mind my car didn't arrive at their shop until 1:00 p.m. Marshall was the tech. Very, very knowledgeable on all things related to cars and a great guy as well. He diagnosed the problem (a bad direct injection cassette), and he ordered the part immediately. The part arrived around 4:30 p.m., it was installed quickly and all appeared to be good until the car died again. It turned out when the direct injection cassette failed, it also shorted out a switch. Bottom line: The car would not be ready until the following day. That's where Mr. Vladimir Kalikhman, owner of Euro-Tech stepped in. Vladimir insisted he take me to a Metro stop. This was about a 40 minute ride each way as it was rush hour. Bottom line to my story: The employees of Euro-Tech are not only nice guys and knowledgeable car profession, they are exceptionally honest. Got my car there after the accident and it is a older Mercedes not a lot of shops even agree to do an oil change but body work was on the other level. So They looked at it and said it's doable. My vehicle was just serviced over at Euro-Tech last week and I was amazed at how my experience was. I was greeted by both service advisors who are right up front when you walk in. Both gentlemen were very polite as well as answered all my questions without any hesitation. My vehicle was then brought in for basic servicing where they looked over the entire vehicle for me! They let me know everything I needed to have done and also checked to see what was recommended by the manufactured at my mileage interval. I was given estimates on all repairs and services on the spot within a matter of minutes. The service advisors even checked multiple part suppliers to ensure that I get the best quality products at the best price possible. These guys do not believe in sub par parts and Euro-Tech even gives a 12 months / 12,000 mile warranty all parts and labor! You can not beat that and it shows these guys truly stand behind their work. After the work was completed on my vehicle, I was given a list of items that my vehicle needed with pricing right on my invoice. I was also informed that the minor scratches on my front bumper could be taken care of in their body shop and asked if I could wait while they put an estimate together for me on the spot free of charge. Unfortunately I declined this service because I am in the market for a new vehicle. At which point I was offered to sit down with one of Euro-Techs vehicle salesmen to discuss the possibility of owning a new vehicle. I was shocked that Euro-Tech has so much to offer in one building and was very glad to hear that they have the capability to do so much! I had an appointment to keep so I could not spend anytime right then inquiring about a new vehicle, but will make it a point to come back to see what they have to offer. I did walk their car lot to check out what they had available and there are a variety of cars and SUVs in all different price ranges. I dropped off my VW before I left town in October 2015 for 5 months with 161571 odometer reading because the car had an ignition problem but when I picked up my car in March 2016, it had an odometer reading of 167,151,a difference of 5,580 miles . Was visiting out of town, googled volvo service and they were pretty high up. Talked to them on the phone and they assured me quick, affordable, service. They then proceeded to do tune-up on my volvo that had a mis-firing cylinder. $485 was the quote. I called Volvo dealership who quoted me $289 for the same parts & labor. Their response was to tow it to Volvo & pay their $135 diagnostic charge. 2 weeks later the car is back in the shop with the same issue... Needless to say, it's not in theirs. read more

I started off with a decent experience upon my first visit to this service center. However, when my check engine light came on again only 3 days later I returned with doubt. The techs dug a bit deeper and I was told I had a major engine problem which would require a rebuild or replacement and that my warranty company would cover it all. They told me the engine had to be torn down to the point of failure and the warranty company would send an inspector to check it out and determine the course of action to take. Over a week in, the service manager, Mike, who I'd been dealing with, told me he was told by the warranty company to tear the engine down to just the block which he felt was unnecessary because if they installed a new engine, any work on the old engine would be a waste of time and money. This was a lie as he hadn't even spoken to the warranty company at that point. I was told the warranty company was called and they were just waiting for the inspector. For almost three weeks, not once did someone call me with an update. I continued to call them only to hear that the inspector came and they were waiting for their decision. Apparently I'd been lied to and led on. The warranty company called me and said they didn't receive a call until two and a half weeks after I dropped my car off and that no tear down was done nor was it necessary. And that the prices they were charging were outrageous and they wouldn't cover all of the work / parts, so they recommended that I take it back to the dealer for service and they would cover 100% of the costs. So in the end I had to pay $295 for three hours of work to get my car out of there and lost three weeks of time. All the owner had to say was "I think we dropped the ball on this one". Frustrated doesn't come close to how I feel about this experience. I would never ever recommend this place for anything. read more

It was disappointment I was entrapped to get my car fixed for much higher price, compared to my regular car dealer in Ohio. The initial repair estimate provided by EuroTech was decent and I got told them to work on the car. Unlucky for me they called me later to inform that they didnt gave correct labor cost and will be charging me additional $700. I requested that I do not want to get my car fixed anymore, given that I cant afford the repairs. I was told that I would still owe them 1100 to look at my car. I can understand labor work but should they have informed me in advance during diagnostics. Probably they found out later and I can ignore that. They unprofessional and still overpriced for total bill. I had to remind them about my deposit for the parts, for which they said they dont have a record until I showed them the credit card transitions. Mechanics wise, the guy resolved the car issue but hope they were more professional. The guys i was initially dealing with were rude and sarcastic but when I went to pick my car, the person who I get to talk to was well spoken. read more

Wouldn't even give this company one star!!! WORST WORST WORST service ever!!! TYLER the truck driver was the biggest a**hole ever. Waited 17 mins bc THEY had the wrong number for me and he was so lazy he wouldn't get out an knock on the door to let someone know he was there. After 15 mins they charge an additional 30.00. I don't carry cash on me, but got the 20.00 that was my out of pocket from my roadside as it was a Sunday. As I was trying to get a neighbor to run me up to the ATM bc he wouldn't take my card, he pulled off with my car and took it all the way back to wherever and impounded it and told me I couldn't get it until the next day, pay impound fees, then pay for another tow. The dispatcher had the worst customer service. I would of had better luck talking to my 12 year old. The only help I got was finally getting to talk to a supervisor and they brought my car back. Then being told I had wasted Tyler's time. It's your job buddy, some tows take 2 hrs!! Get over it. A 18.50 tow turned out to be 70.00!!! You can tell that this shop will do almost anything to keep you coming back for more parts and service. They aren't rude by any means but the vibe in this shop isn't comforting. Came in for a simple part replacement and was told they don't have the correct tool AFTER they had taken it apart. Seems like something someone who knew what they were doing would know. I even requested the mechanics be mindful of my new paint job and had it written on the service form as well as soft rags to prevent door handle scratches. Car ended up having 3 new scratches that they denied causing. Insurance will have to handle it. Pricing for parts were way overpriced, mechanic left tools still hanging inside the car, and lost the original box my parts came in. Car didn't even drive the same after leaving the garage and no work was actually done! But wont risk taking it back. Just stay away. I'm sorry i had to write this review. read more
