Once my car was looked at, they did call back with all the details of what's going on even things that were noticed during the initial diagnostic which is $120 by the way and is applied to the bill if work is completed at the shop. I'm glad i stumbled across this place reading reviews from yelp. The reviews were on point, this place is fast, friendly, price are reasonable mechanics were very efficient and nice, they took the time to explain in detail the issue with the car. I will be coming back for any other repair for my car.

At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. They said the air filters (that had been replaced four days earlier) needed to be replaced, the spark plugs all needed to be replaced, and a tail light needed to be replaced. None of those things needed to be done. The one thing I can say positively is that they were not going to charge an insane amount for the battery if I had them replace that. They were however going to charge $75 for the test and replace of it. Advance Auto Parts does that free.
