When I picked the up, the thread color they used way much lighter than the stitches on the rest of the pants. I asked for a redo with a thread color that was closer to the original. They re-did the stitching, but also hemmed them again, so now the inseam is just under 32" and the pants are now way too short.

He came back with my son's suit jacket, not cleaned, with every one of his front buttons missing or destroyed/broken in half. They said when it was received, it was inspected before cleaning and the buttons were discovered as broken/missing. We know my son didn't break the buttons on his brand new suit, and we dropped it off with buttons intact. They claim that's how it was received. One button falling off, that I could find explainable. But a button literally cracked in half and the other not just missing but the threads looking like they were stretched to the max before the button tore free...that looks like obvious damage to me. They credited me the cost of the cleaning ($3.50), but they claimed zero responsibility for the damage.
