Me and my wife used to come weekly here about 1 1/2 years ago. We stopped going regularly when they refused to pay my wife whe she happened to bingo on a double action, we kind of new at the time and we were playing in the room where the speaker is at. When my wife saw her number and won instead of saying bingo she instead said "next number ". in the very beginning of every bingo session they say the rules they always say say next number when your playing at the middle and back area buy on this day we decided to seat at the front but they never mentioned at any point that if you bingo inside that room that you cannot say " next number" at all only bingo, we told them if we knew that was the rule inside that room that we would say bingo instead but they refused to pay my wife anyways and the unpleasant part is the fact that my wife was embarrassed because people next to us were laughing at her for a mistake that was their fault by not explaining it at the very beginning. I came back to talk to a manager and head my complaint and I also sent an email immediately after that incident and got no response. read more

We just recently jumped on the bingo bandwagon and decided to try something different. Walking into the bingo hall, I couldn't help but feel a little nervous seeing all the seasoned players with their decked-out tables. My friend and I were just standing there with our bottle of water and money. We didn't even have a bingo dauber. We paid for our game, got our paper cards and pull tabs, and were directed to pick out a machine (the machines are a little dated, but they work fine). The game started, and we were completely lost with the bingo lingo. Thankfully, some veteran players helped us out and made the whole experience enjoyable. I want to give a shout out to Sandy, one of the workers there, who was incredibly helpful and patient with us. We had no clue what we were doing. Thanks Sandy! After a few visits, we've gotten a bit of the hang of the game, and now we don't sit at the table with a lost expression on our faces. The staff and the people at the hall are friendly, and I appreciate the efforts this business puts into giving back to the community. Back to school events, holiday drives, etc. Big props for that! Oh, and the payouts are very generous. The only downside is if you don't have a clue about bingo, you might be lost. A lot of your workers are great!! However one of my favorite from Stockton would have to be Sandy she's always super helpful and very friendly . My other from Stockton would have to be X always since day one when we meet him he was always super friendly and such a sweet kid!! Very respectful and an all around great person!! Went to winners Stockton for the grapettes anniversary and didn't win any big bingos won a couple low flashes. The issue is them saying" next number" I yelled next number and they said someone outside won on the previous number. They didn't verify the bingo just very quickly moved on to the next game. This place is alright. It can get pretty crowded. For the cost of my buy in though... I feel they can loosen their up on the payouts a little. Most of their games pay out 250. But if I buy everything (machine and paper) which I usually do my cost for my buy in adds up pretty quick. I visit the Stockton bingo game 3 times the wind blows a lot you have to tape down your bingo books also the monitors you can barely see them during the day also there's people that like to smoke smells like a skunk they don't call the numbers right and some people sit in the car and how to set up the radio signal so that you can hear it on your radio that's a big problem read more

Winner bingo pays good but they play one game and like 3 to 4 flash between each game So between each regular game is about 15 minute wait so if you want to play all the game expect to pay at least $1200 a night and that's for 1 person and thats if you get lucky and get flash # on your first go around so if you are just doing your buy-in it will not be a fun night for you read more

Was sitting in the back area and I won on a special bingo game worth $600 i yelled, waved my paper like crazy, kept it up and they just hurried and called another number so they did not count my bingo as a bingo.. They should have had workers in the back espically when theres horse races going on.... I will NEVER come here again!! They did it to another person (the next game right after me).. One of the guys selling tabs kept getting close but would turn around and go outside to sell them repeatedly. That was the first night. The second night he kept trying to rush past us but if we managed to stop him to buy tabs he would throw them at us. On May 28, 2023, I played at the 5pm session at Winners Bingo Stockton. During a flash game, my winning "G" number appeared and I yelled, "next number" and then yelled bingo when it was officially called as the new number. The game was then stopped. The male caller (bald guy that i believe is a manager), said there were two winners. He then proceeded to say that one winner was on the previous number but was outside so they were going to count that as the winning number even though the game was never stopped and no one heard a bingo. I have never went to a bingo hall where a previous number was honored with a new number officially called. I was told I would not be paid for the winning number (and wasn't). What is the point of going to play Bingo ay a place where even when you win, you lose and they undo it?? I was also treated horribly by a female manager and spoke to degradingly. I'm contacting the state bingo commission and reporting their fraudulent practices. Thank God for the nice people around know who offered their contact information as witnesses. I've been coming since December 2016. I would give them 4 stars up until they were under New Management. Things started changing for the worse. For example: They call "Hot ball" numbers before you play your regular pack games and they are suppose to throw them back into the spinner to give people an opportunity to bingo on that number to get whatever the jackpot is that night. Instead the leave the balls out so that you don't get it. That has happened on many occasions. STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT: I come play bingo at least 2 to 3 times a week and spend a good amount of my money when I do. I won a free play on April 25, 2017 for the month of May for every Tuesday. The verbiage on the winning slip states that each Tuesday of the month of May, all my buy in's are free of charge. There is absolutely no mentioning of "excluding special nights" which tonight is $40 buy in (strip night). This business operates in the manner of employee pay based on buy in fees from the consumer. On 5/2, a Tuesday, I came in with my free play slip on a $40 buy in night and was told by on site management, they could only give me a discount because it was a special night. I advised her the slip made no mention of this and this is ridiculous. The manager claimed there's nothing she can do except let me in after paying a discounted rate of $27. I encourage anyone going there to not do so. They do not stand behind their product and admittedly claim it's due to special nights whereas the slips says nothing to validate their claims. This is an obvious attempt of her ensuring she makes money on a $40 night that does not do the same consumer numbers as the $20 and under nights do. read more

This is a very "clickish" game. Most floor workers are rude, callers are constantly lecturing patrons. There are too many extra games, preventing people that can only afford the already expensive pak, to wait up to an hour between 'regular' games. I spent $200.00 on a $35 night. I would rather spend that kind of money on bingo games, not flash cards that aren't always available due to their catering to 'regulars.' I won't be back. read more
