When I spoke to the lead regarding my frustrations she claimed that all attractions were open earlier in the day. It doesn't help when you have a party later in the day. My party went out to the boats and there was no attendant. When asked about the bumper cars, we were told they do not work and there was no staff to help with that attraction. It would have been nice to know that the attractions were going to be closed 3.The lead refused to give me her name when asked and was very rude towards me. 4. The floor and the back counter were disgusting when we arrived for a party. There was frosting all on the counter. Our attendant was nice and I did not feel out the questionnaire truthfully and regards to cleanliness. She was occupied with the other party which required me to seek her out for refills/wristbands/etc.
