The crust was just right but the pizza is a bit floppy did the thin crust that was perfectly cooked. Customer service was nice when I called to order, we ordered a large bee sting pizza and a large white pizza. The pick up time for the pizza was an hour. They are cash only. Pizza was pulled from the oven right on time and it was hot and fresh! The crust is really good. Overall the white was my favorite the ricotta was so light and airy! The pizza sauce is very good, but that's the only thing I can recommend. There's only a one page photo of the menu online, which is very sparse. There's no online ordering so I doubt you can use any of the food delivery services like Uber Eats. When I called to order, I was told they only had large pizza dough bc they ran out of small?? I ordered a Margherita pizza that was a plain cheese with a couple of soggy spinach leaves scattered. I wanted a vegetarian hoagie but was told it was taken off the menu and they only had half of an Italian left. The whole order cost $54 and all I got was two large cheese pizzas and 1/2 a hoagie. They seem to think they are doing you such a favor by taking your cash for a pizza or a hoagie(if they have one today). So I go to get my pizza tonight about 10 minutes before my appointment and the lady tells me to come back in 10 minutes. I said I'll just hang out in here. But then the pizza maker tells me he'll do me a favor and bring my pizza out to me because it's flu season and they don't want me in the pizza shop. I was 12 feet away from the cash register and about 25 feet away from the pizza make. Remember, they're doing me a favor. So I go out and sit in my car and about 10 minutes later the lady brings out my pizza and again says she's doing me a favor. I tell her what they did to me was insulting. She responded by telling me to f___ing never come back. Doesn't she think I already came to that conclusion when they told me they didn't want me in their pizza shop because of flu season. So, if they're so worried about flu season why do they accept only cash? If you want to be treated like I was, make an appointment for a pizza at Stone Craft. So, I used to work in the pizza business as a manager. When I order pizza for pick-up, workers often tell me 30-45 minutes. The pizza is usually done in 10 minutes and then placed under a heat lamp or on top of the oven. Even I used to overshoot times. NOT THIS PLACE. These people are straight shooters. When they say 7:20 p.m., they mean it. I showed up 15 minutes early when I first ordered based on past practices. They calmly mentioned to me that my pizza would be ready and fresh in 15 minutes. WOW. I went in, paid, and sat back in my car. It's so nice that they bring out to your car for you. They are very friendly. Now, let's talk about the pie. Incredible. Jefferson Hills / Pleasant Hills isn't necessarily known for having great pizza. These days have ended. This is the best pizza that I can get. I also happen to live nearby. The crust, sauce and cheese also delicious. Next time we will go lighter on toppings because it almost overwhelmed the pizza.
