My best friend who is a truck driver ordered flowers for my Birthday on March 12th, my flowers were delivered on the 11th. It was a beautiful arrangement and beautiful vase and the delivery person was nice but the flowers didn't seem fresh. No smell at all and some were a little brown around the edges already. I have been adding water daily and have managed to keep them alive for almost 2 weeks except I do notice some have died already. If they were a little fresher I would have given 4 stars. Let me highlight them at I'm pretty picky and have control issues and the lady noticed that. She took down a description of what I wanted. She sent me a pick of a sample that they had started and it was not in the direction I was wanting. I sent her a pic of what I wanted and she revised the design. I really liked the second time around. The bracelet was diamonds. Overall great experience. It was a little pricier than what I would have like to pay, but they stood out in the crowd! Looking for a floral shop downtown to deliver for my wife's birthday and skimmed the reviews and looked at the online website so I took my instinct and ordered from here. Setting up an online account was a breeze and I do enjoy their online catalog of what you see is what you get. The delivery was on time right before the lunch rush so no issues there only one star falls off because from what I could picture online those leaves on the bottom were not visible in the arrangement and if you look closely at those green leaves below the pink flower makes the arrangement appear strange which my wife loved the flowers up or should I say down to that point those depressing looking green shrubs under the flowers where my star fell. The prices are what you expect from your flower shop and under $100 for a balloon, arrangement and timely delivery I didn't do too bad. Overall recommend it due to the online ordering and payment option and timely delivery with email notifying you when your recipient has received their floral arrangement! read more

Words cannot express how disappointed I am with this place. I live in LA and have a family friend that lives in San Antonio. Her 30th birthday was this week, and as she's been a friend of the family for over 25 years, we wanted to send her something special. We found a beautiful bouquet on the website and ordered it. We paid $125 plus delivery and tax to come to about $145. The flowers that were delivered were AWFUL. Literally, 4 orchids stacked in a vase. I could have done that myself! This is such an embarrassment. Sending a family friend what looks like such a CHEAP bouquet for her 30th?! I am mortified and so upset. Needless to say I do not recommend this place, especially if you won't be there yourself to verify your order. NIGHTMARE. (See the pictures of what we ordered vs. what was delivered) To be fair, we called and complained and they were really nice and apologetic about it. The only time I buy fresh flowers (i.e. at an actual flower place) is when I'm buying for my house. So I've become somewhat of a pro at choosing arrangements to send to my peeps who don't live close by. My BFF (who lives in SA) just recently gave birth to a beautiful lil girl! So flowers were definitely in order. I found their website, which was super easy to navigate around and found this gorgeous (not over the top) bouquet of pink roses, white daisies, chrysanthemums all in pink vase wrapped with a polka-dot satin ribbon. Totally cute and perfect for the occasion. So I placed the order online and it even gave me a space to add any notes I may have had. At the end, it told me the arrangement would be delivered the following day. The next morning at 9am, I get an email stating the flowers had been delivered at 8:46am. I mean! AMAZING!!!! I know that with a new baby, things are busy and bustling around the house. So that confirmation was delightful without having to nag momma "did you get the flowers?"! So, the moral of this story is that the flowers turned out beautiful and the gift was a total success. Spring Garden did a great job site unseen! Bravo. read more
