Great food and service. The spicy pho (S1) was especially delightful. The cajun fries too are a great appetizer, perfectly done with the right amount of crisp.

Amazing pho restaurant. Pho are in general in the slightly pricier side but really tasty in my opinion, and I enjoy the environment and the seating as well

Saw this spot while driving by to look for a lunch spot. Stone Pho is a quant rye food was magnificent. It recently started working up in the Blaine area and wanted to find so go to places. Well Stone Pho will definitely be on the list. I tried their name sale Stone Pho and not was it amazing. First of all I thought it interesting that they brought me the ingredients for the pho separately. Well there was a reason because the bowl came out sizzling and steaming hot. It barely had enough room once I added all the ingredients. It also came with the usual jalapeño, bean sprouts, basil and lime. Man this was so good , but it was way too hot to eat right away. Luckily I ordered some egg rolls. They were good and had decent flavor. The service here was great also. It seemed to be a family owned place which I love. It isn't big but has a decent amount of space for a strip mall site. There seemed to be some pretty good takeout options also. Will definitely be back to try out the bamh mi next.

We had the Grilled Pork and Egg roll Vermicelli and it was amazing!! The pork was perfect and the egg rolls were great. We got take out and the 30 second interaction I had with the cashier was some of the best guest service I've had at a restaurant in a while, very direct, attentive and nice. Unfortunately I didn't get a name so I can't give credit. We were there on a Saturday night and it was very busy inside, and I understand why. The food is amazing!! We will be going back for our Pho fix

My family favorite restaurant, they eat here once per week. Restaurant is popular for their stone bowl pho. It's quite an experience, if you're a pho fanatic, try it. It is expensive $25. Restaurant is always busy, so expect to wait in the parking lot or the bubble tea cafe next door. Parties of 4 people or less would be ideal, otherwise bigger parties will need to wait for the table. Restaurant is usually nice and clean, and staff is cleaning up tables for the next guests.

Brisket and ribeye pho- the meat was very fatty. The broth was good but I would order a different protein. Over half my bowl was fat pieces

I decided to give this place a try at 2pm on a Sunday and it was hopping! This is not a very large place, so seating is very limited. There is plenty of parking. Because this place is so small, I had to wait outside for a table. They have 4 chairs set up outside for you to wait. They will call your cell phone when they have a table. I waited for 10 minutes. The host/waitress was very kind and service was good! There isn't much of a vibe to this place. The walls arent decorated. It's your classic "hole in the wall" kind of joint. Ordering from here again, I would just get my food to go. I got the brisket and ribeye pho and found the meat portions were so fatty that over half my bowl was just fat. Not impressed by that. In the future I would get a different meat source. The broth was a little less flavorful than I've had in other places but they do have plenty of options to flavor the broth yourself such as the limes, jalapeños and different sauces/spices at the table. The potion was very generous and I asked for a take out container. The truffle fries were soooo good! Definitely get those! The wantons have a sweet cream cheese and I wouldn't say they were anything special but they were tasty! There were other options here that I would like to try but I'll definitely be ordering to go next time. I'd say give them a try, I think I just got the wrong meat type for my pho.

    Salt and pepper prawns

I treat myself to new foods on my day off. I ordered salt and pepper prawns and was planning on beef pho. Not a fan of the very traditional. It was suggested I try the special. Came boiling hot and with items I avoid. The prawns were deep fried whole and some were in molting stage. I decided I could not keep going but wanted to keep the noodles beef and broth. The waitress was sweet but not helpful. She brought me a plastic container for the pho but no assistance with this hot bowl. I walked out. Very disappointed.

My family & Instagram were really hyping up this place so we had to give it a go. We came on a colder night so it was pretty packed and we could either wait half an hour or sit bar-style along the wall. We opted to sit along the wall cause we were pretty hungry! We ordered three different types of pho and the Nuoc Mum chicken wings which were fantastic. None of us got the stone pho though but my husband loved his combination bowl! My nephew got the chicken and I got the meatball. I wasn't floored by any means, but it was pretty good. I was pretty taken back that we only got one bottle of water, as a person who drinks a lot of water during a meal, it wasn't the best experience. Other than that, service was very fast, staff was very kind, and they had a great variety of phos to choose from!

Was pleasantly surprised and wowed by the food at Stone Pho. As soon as you enter the restaurant, You are greeted with a beautiful smell. We went in 45 minutes to close, and still the restaurant was full. We started off with the truffle fries, which had dairy so I couldn't eat. Apparently they were delicious, crispy and fresh. The summer rolls were next-- fairly standard. I wish I had ordered the rice cake instead. The most incredible was the soups. I got the Bun Bo Hue-- spicy beef soup with thicker wheat noodles. This is a favorite of mine so when I tried it I was thrilled. Spicy, sour, cinnamony... so delicious. The portions were huge and I could not finish it all. Additionally, the meat servings were very generous. Lots of brisket and pork chop. My partner got the Pho with all the meat. This had tendon, tripe, oxtail, meatball, and brisket. The meat was tender, but the soup was the shining star. The broth was saturated with classic flavor and was filling alone. If you had a cold, you won't after eating this. The service was great, price was reasonable. This will become a regular!

What is better than a hot bowl of Phở? No doubt the best bowl in the Twin Cities comes from my parents kitchen, but Stone Pho does a pretty good job. With my favorite phở restaurants being in Minneapolis and St Paul, I was surprised to find this Blaine shop cracking my top 3. I got the namesake, Stone Pho. The broth is flavorful, meat and noodles were plentiful, and the heated bowl kept my soup hot through the whole process. It was a little hard to navigate at first because the phở was served with only the broth in the bowl and you had to add the noodles and meat separately, and the phở noodles were bigger than most restaurants have. I almost had a couple overfill moments, but still managed. Being $20, it's a bit expensive but the bowl is big and the meat is pretty good quality. They also have smaller bowls for cheaper. Also, did you know they serve truffle fries? Never seen a phở spot with truffle fries so of course I had to try. The smell of truffle hits you when the fries come out, and they were crispy, hot and delicious but the truffle taste isn't as apparent when eating. Cream cheese wontons were also good. Even though my friends and I went on one of the hotter days of the summer, it was still great and I'll definitely be back when it's time to brace for the Minnesota winters. Also, they serve Bún bò Huế so you know I'll be back for that.

New owners, new name, and new menu. Love their remodeling inside. Very modern and welcoming. Opened in July and still have a few kinks to work out with their staff, but the food is superb! Generous portions, high quality meats, and fresh herbs. The calamari and truffle fries came out crispy and hot. Everything was packed full of flavor! Very authentic and reminds me of my own mother's cooking. Prices are comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in the cities. Small restaurant with limited seating, so not ideal for larger groups. Expect a rush during peak meal hours, but the wait is worth it.

OKAY. WOW. WOW, WOW, WOW. This place is soooo good. We came on a Saturday around dinner time and there was a 10-15 minute wait. The first thing you need to know is that this is a much smaller footprint in a strip mall than they deserve. So, if you come during a popular time, you're gonna have to wait a bit. Be patient, it's worth it. Service is great. Not overbearing, not distant, just right. They deliver bottles of water to your table, and give you a few minutes to look over the extensive menu. I work with one of the servers, so I had a heads up on what to order. We got: Truffle Fries: Four million out of ten. My mouth is watering as I write. I don't think 'truffle fries' when I think 'pho,' but wow, now I'll have to. Crunchy, flavorful, with this incredible spicy sauce that had my mouth watering. Couldn't stop eating them, took home leftovers. Rice Cakes: This one took me by surprise. They're little rice cake squares on top of eggs, with (I think pickled?) carrots and some cilantro. It comes with this sauce that looks like soy with onions, but there's definitely more to it. It comes out on what can best be described as a sizzling stone plate. We were fighting over the last ones. I can't believe I've never had this before. Another four million out of ten, maybe five million. I want to eat this every day of my life. P6, Ribeye Pho: Let me start by saying that I am INCREDIBLY picky about meat. I'm working on it, I'm working on it. This meat made me so happy. Tender, right amount of fat. Came out rare and cooked in the broth. The broth? Rich, flavorful, right amount of oil, delicious. I taste before I add extra aromatics, and I was so happy that I added nothing. A HUGE amount of noodles and meat. I had leftovers at the right proportions. The sprouts, lime, basil, and jalapeños were all fresh and flavorful. They have siracha, hoisin, a vinegar? sesame oil? something in a splash bottle, salt, pepper, and chili. P7, Ribeye and Brisket Pho: I didn't order this, but my friends did. They loved it. One finished her bowl, the other had leftovers but was stuffed. One was new to pho and raved about it. Stone Pho, I love you. Please expand to other cities. Specifically mine.

I had tried many pho places in the Twin Cities. So far I have returned to Stone pho more than any other pho places, so that means the pho broth is great. I always go for the special pho. They gave a very good portion of noodles, loaded with different cuts of beef and tendons. The broth has that umami flavor that when you crave for pho that you wanna come back and eat again because it has that good taste that still lingers in your mouth. They have other dishes, including eggrolls, and spring rolls, wings, bahmi and other meat dishes. I like their Vietnamese coffee along with they have sugarcane juice and other drinks. They're always busy throughout the day and their customer service is great. Food order was fast. Servers are attentive. Spite of how busy they are the the place is organize and clean. My first time visit I gave him a four star but with me returning I'm giving them now five stars. I hope they continue serving the same recipe of pho and the food menu and hope they did not change in the near future.

Seemed like a very busy place, but the food was good and much better priced for what I got compared to other Pho places I've been to!

It shares a space as you walk in with a Boba place Mia and More. The servers were quick to take our name and seat us within 10 Mn. Simple menu with everything you would want. My only gripe as a vegetarian that there were limited options. But I asked them to take out fish sauce from my mock duck salad and they quickly understood and asked if I wanted a soy sauce instead. The salad was fresh, and mock duck sautéed well. We also had the Bun Bo Hue, which was told to me as better than the places on Eat Street such as Quang. So good was very good and service was fast. They have a large private parking lot. And longer tables for bigger parties of people. No Apple Pay to tap.

We don't live close, but this is definitely a place we'll make the drive back to.

I used to love the the potatoes in the beef & potatoes, the meaty eggrolls w/ the fish sauce (I miss these so much as I don't eat beef/pork anymore), oyster wings, the best wontons as well as chicken friend rice. My mom loved the egg fu young. I love that over the years the menu has pretty much stayed the same. I've gotten to see a few generations run the place and things have stayed pretty true to what I always remembered growing up. My go to order now that my diet has shifted is wontons & chicken fried rice - add med. spice and no chicken. I know chicken fried rice with no chicken sounds crazy but I don't like the veggies in the veggie rice and I really love the flavor of the chicken fried rice without the chicken. Reheating the rice at times the chicken tends to get a bit rubbery after being reheated so many times and I just don't like it but the flavor is very solid without still. They have some of the best wontons I've ever had. Slight garlic flavor to balance the sweetness of the cream cheese. if I could I would eat an eggroll.. I miss them so much! I mostly order takeout these days but have also dined in a bunch and the staff are very attentive and nice.

The sweet & sour sauce served with them is DIVINE. We also Love their Pork Fried Rice, Beef Lo Mein and Sweet & Sour Chicken or Pork.
