I Understand that she needed to have testing done which was completed timely. The issue was waiting for the doctor which she didn't see until 11:40am which is an excessive waiting time and unacceptable. Not sure what is happening in the clinic area but whomever is scheduling needs to be more accurate and considerate of the patient's time and toll it takes on them as most are in their 70s or older. I was there for a basic eye exam. The "tech" performed most of the exam. She dilated my eyes and I showed me out of the exam room to wait for my eyes to dilate before seeing the Dr. Dr Compton came to fetch me after about maybe 15 min. He did his part of the exam. It was very quick but he did answer all of my questions. Upon check out I had to request a copy of my prescription. That took a few minutes. Now I am ready for some new shades !! Easy peasy. About an hour overall.

My daughter was refused care by Dr. Denny because she had Covid recently. According to health…read moredepartment guidelines she had been cleared, no symptoms, and over 14 days since she was diagnosed. She has a history of detached retina and was experiencing floaters. She was treated for a detached retina about 5 years ago. However, Dr. Denny advised that he reviewed her chart and due to her history and age he didn't think it was necessary for him to see her due to the "Covid risk" to other patients. He was sure that her floaters should go away after a few days..... The last time she had floaters for 1 day it was a detached retina, BUT ACCORDING TO HER CHART SHE WAS FINE. It is disappointing that Covid has made providers afraid to take care of people. I wonder how Dr. Denny would feel if this was his daughter? I pray he is right and she is fine! I would NOT go to this practice. The 1 star rating is for the pleasant receptionist.

All of the staff was super helpful, the location was nice and Dr. Denny couldn't have been better. Explained everything and made it as comfortable as possible.
