The tile we have in our kitchen and bathroom is no longer being made, and we want to take up the carpet in our front hall and front bathroom and put down tile that matches the kitchen and master bathroom. We went to Stone Systems as we were told that they might have something that would work and we were greeted by Chris Botte. Silly us, we left our sample of our tile at home. We went back the next day and we got the same pleasant greeting from Chris and he took us over to where he thought he might have something that would work. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything that would work so he went over and asked one of the designers if she thought they had something that would work but she couldn't come up with anything. Chris immediately told us that we should go to another large tile supplier not too far away and he looked it up and wrote down the address and directions. Not many go to this much trouble to help especially if they know there is no sale in it for them. We went to where he suggested and sure enough they came up with something that will work. I just finished remodeling my kitchen and our cabinet guy sent us up to two places to look for the countertop and backsplash material. We ended up working with Chris at Stone Systems and hew was really great to work with and help pick out our materials. They have a really great selection of both Quartz countertops and tile materials. What I liked is that they had a lot of different countertop brands instead of just one option. They were all inside instead of outside so it made it a lot easier to look around. We settled on a Cambria countertop and we just got it installed and it is so beautiful. I have gone through a few remodels and helped friends/family with their remodels/design and I've been to many stone places! None compare! I'm bummed that I'm just now finding this wonderful place! It's like a Stone/Tile Disneyland! They have every single brand you could ever imagine and so many options... Quartz, Granite, Porcelain, Glass, Tile, Countertops, Backsplash, Accents, Walls, Pebbles and everything in between!! SLAB HEAVEN! High quality, high-end, affordable and Gorgeous products!! You get to see full slabs in different lighting and variations! In addition to having the best material and selection and what's even more impressive, is the amazing group of people who run it/work here! As you know, most of these types of places don't have good customer service... they barely want to look up at you or say hi when you walk in, let alone actually educate and help you with your questions and process. Stone Systems is a breath of fresh air! They are wonderful!! SO helpful, friendly, sweet, knowledgable and fun! Every single person that works there is personable! I've asked for so many samples and they ordered every single one for me and got them in right away! I have been indecisive about what Quartz Slab I want (because there are so many beautiful ones to choose from!) and they have put up with me:). Everything was great until you actually need your product! Our order was and still is not here (going on 3 weeks late). First they said a small portion did not pass quality control at the factory, so they held up the whole order from shipping without checking with anyone!!! Who does that. Then when they are suppose to send out the next week UPS they don't!!! Another week lost. In the meantime my contractors are sitting around twiddling their thumbs on my dime. There must be 10 other tile places just on that street alone, my suggestion is to try one of those instead. read more

I've been here a few times. Everyone I've met who works here is nice and professional, but Linda is exceptional! I have done a massive amount of renovation projects over the last year. I worked with a few designers and was never happy with them. I've also gone to multiple other tile places and their customer service is average to poor. Here I can come myself with no designer and work with Linda and get an amazing finished product! She saves you time and money. You give her a few details and it's like she reads your mind, and then designs something better than what you were thinking for less money and does it so quickly! Bought my countertop slab, subway tile for backsplash, and porcelain tile for fireplace accent wall, from stone systems. Excellent quality! Linda was my sales rep. She is an absolute genius when it comes to design. She will tell you what's in and what's out of style. She helped me put everything together and choose different designs that would match my floor and kitchen. She was also available via text/call at any time, I would call her if I needed recommendations with anything (even things I didn't buy from stone systems). Horrible experience. Very incompetent. Very bad communicating with customer, unprofessional. They are subcontractor with Home Depot. They refused to install the countertop because of the proximity to the mirror, while other company is able to do it. They also cut the countertop wrong sizing despite onsite-measurement was done, didn't cut out holes for sinks and faucets. They also refused to give refund. Took almost 2 month delay to complete the project, because of them. read more

We're pretty green about selecting materials. Jose came to our rescue with style and grace. Stone Systems offers many selections to choose from. He was extremely informative; even making a phone call to find out something that he wasn't sure of. He was very patient and focused even remaining with us and not rushing even though we overheard an office birthday party start. There are many tile stores in town but not many with many leading edge designs available and laid out for easy viewing. They are also only one of very few places where leading brands of quartz countertops are available to be viewed as a full slab. You can take the tile samples out into the slab room and pick out your tile and quartz counter in one stop. read more

Very unprofessional staff. I would highly recommend to look for other options such as Home Depot, Lowes, and Arizona Tiles. Our contractor bought material on our behalf. When I went to return unpacked boxes of tiles (regular tiles), which were bought by my contractor, who recommended us this store. He bought boxes in bulk. I asked him that don't buy in excess. He told me that he has a big account with the store. So, returning will not be a problem. When I went to store, Mr Miguel started calling each tile box a special order and didn't return a single box. So, better get in writing from the store about return policies. Otherwise, Mr Miguel will make every tile a special order.. I will never go to this store....... I would prefer to pay little extra at other stores but not AT stone Systems. read more

Well worth finding this place. The storefront is hidden, but once inside there is a large showroom with an amazing collection of materials for counters, backsplashes, flooring and more.
