If I wasn't on site during the job there would have been huge mistakes. There was a request for extra flooring that was an agreed part of the contract that was ignored until I threatened to delay payment. That was finally resolved after several weeks (after much complaining from them afterwards) It should have been taken care of when the flooring was ordered. All in all after a ton work on my end I got what I needed but not without a ton of hassle and ZERO customer support.

Once the work started, it took a pair of workers about 3 days to remove all of the ruined siding and underlying OSB (also rotten) and subsequently install new vinyl siding. These guys were so great! Their workmanship and level of dedication were impressive and they were generally great guys. Alala was always easy to get a hold of and communication was much easier than other companies I've dealt with in the past. She ensured that I was happy with the end result, and I absolutely am. You will walk into an office trailer. That's just fine by me; I came for stone, not for ambience. It is also true that (unlike every other stone shop I contacted) Elite does indeed have the "stuff" to cut stone to requested dimensions. That arsenal of tools is headed up by a two monstrous-looking hydraulic presses that slice the rock sheet as though it was sourdough bread. The staff was friendly, helpful and cut the rock to my dimension request in about 30 minutes. Price was certainly fair. I'll give them "two thumbs up"
