We moved our child from another daycare to Stonebridge because it was a new facility. Big mistake. Despite new toys and lots of them they miss the mark when caring for your child. The staff is not equipped to care for children that aren't the equivalent of lettuces eating rabbits. I've seen care providers screaming at the children, kids being allowed to jump from bookcases and chairs into the floor, and children being allowed to walk around the room with their pants and underwear pulled down. All while the teacher ignored them. If I could see what was going on. Then believe me they could too. The straw that broke the camels back was when they tried to send me out one Friday evening with someone else's child. As if I did know who my child was... Argued with me about it and told me there were no other children at the facility other than the ones I saw. Right before calling the police they remembered there was one other child in a back room by them self with a teacher. My heart sank when my child couldn't be found and no one seemed as concerned as I was at the time. That is an experience that no child's parent should ever have to go through. Even for one second. Stonebridge is a case of all that glitters is not gold and they have let down both my child and my family. read more

My son has been at Stonebridge for over 3 years. We have had our ups and downs at this place. I looked into many childcare centers in the area and was referred by a Doctor I worked with that Stonebridge was a good program. Throughout the years my son has been bit so many times I have lost count and when it was brought up almost every week it was my sons fault because he liked to "lay on others" or was "affectionate". My oldest son spent his time at summer camp program Stonebridge offers and last summer he watched as my three year old got choked by another student, yet my 3 year old was the one moved up a class to avoid this child hurting him again. This is the first time my child was in childcare, so I thought this is what happens when my kids are around other children who are raised differently. WRONG. Now my one year old is at this location and it started happening to her, the biting , staff lying and constant run around to have ANYONE answer my questions of how she got a bruise on her forehead, bite on her arm and teachers pulling kids arms in a classroom of one year old's. My three year old Teresa and Tamara should not work with children or being the face you see when you walk into the daycare. Teresa is so unprofessional and unfriendly. Tamara will back up her staff who treat my children who cant stand up for themselves like trash. Cindy should really evaluate who she is letting run her childcare. These children should be nurtured and loved. ONLY positive I have had is the "crawlers room" Kay, Shelby,Angie and Kiki is the toddler room truly care about the kids who come through this place . When is comes to the teachers these women are wonderful but it doesn't outweigh all the BS that goes on at this place. read more

TERRIBLE!! Please AVOID this daycare center!! My son went an entire day from 9-6pm without a diaper change. However, the daily log stated he had been changed. I met with Tamara and Theresa about the situation and they basically said I was lying because the staff denied it. Of course, they aren't going to be truthful. Tamara and Theresa are very unprofessional and rude! They also stated the owner Cindy wouldn't do anything about it either... Parents please check your kids daily to ensure the teachers are actually completing diaper changes. They are clearly lying in the daily record and the director Tamara isn't willing to hold the staff accountable. She would rather state the parents are liars. My child came home with the same diaper he went to school with. Pathetic! read more

We moved our children to Stonebridge about a year and a half ago when we changed jobs and needed them closer to home. We toured most of the daycares around Newnan and settled on Stonebridge because of it's relative newness, cleanliness, activities, and friendly staff. We picked the right one! Everyone there loves the kids and it shows. The facility is awesome and they take excellent care of it. The classrooms are nice and big and are well stocked with everything a kid could want! The playgrounds are also very nice and during the summer they have an awesome "Spray Park" with sprinklers, water canons, etc that the kids get to play in a couple of times a week. They were a tiny bit pricier than the competition, but it was money well spent as far as we're concerned! Our daughter just left to start Pre-K, but she can't wait to go back for Summer Camp! read more

The biggest mistake was sending my child here. I agree some of the teachers there are amazing but management is fake and only want their money. I see teachers struggling and trying to put on happy faces but you can obviously tell where and who gets the money. One thing to point out; as a parent i know how much is going into that daycare and who is benefiting from it.. Dollar tree food given to my child, donated toys instead of new ones, management getting new cars instead of giving pay raises to the ones who need it, the list goes on. Im appalled at how unfairly some of the teachers are treated. Oh and don't get my started on letting sick children come back or stay in the center when clearly they should be at home. read more
