BE AGGRESSIVE! Passive Aggressive!!!!!! I went in for my new patient exam and I could not believe that the first sighted that greeted me was Audrey ( Maybe Aubrey.) the office manager belittling here staff! My roommate's best friend works as a patient advocate and is the one who recommend me to come in to the office. She told me all about the office and really got me hooked. I was SHOCKED to walk in a be greeted by the sight of her being bullied by her team manager. It made me very worried about if they treat staff with passive aggressiveness how i would be treated. I could not even believe she had such loyal and glowing reports of a place ran by the biggest BULLY I ever saw. Luckily Kalani did my cleaning and was a dream boat. Dr. Jeff did my exam and did great. He seemed tired but then again the place was pretty busy. Just my luck that even though I got a tour from a different gal, Audrey/Aubrey took over my case because I had quite a bit of work to be done. All I could think is.... this is the women i just witnessed bullying a mutual friend and now she is being sickly sweet to me. It really turned me off to what she had to say to me. I do not tolerate bullies and maybe I am over reacting but I just simple turned off. I knew from the friend that they require payment on booking and like to get you scheduled ASAP. I even had cash on me because I knew going in I would need some major work. Because I was so aggravated about Audrey/Aubrey's behavioral I decided that even though the staff was AMAZING I would not let this bully win. I simple took me print out and went home. Im sorry to Dr. Jeff and Kalani who worked so hard that you suffer from this too, but I could not let a big bully be rewarded. Audrey/Aubrey I sincerely hope you met Karma. read more

Stonehaven Dental take notice. Mike F. and extended family know just about everyone that lives in the State of Utah. I would be quick about making things right with this family. I know Mike F. and for him to go on Facebook and post something about anything is pretty out of the ordinary. Im just sorry it was about your business and not in a very good light. I'm very pleased with Stonehaven Dental from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Each time I go I'm made to feel comfortable from the professional staff to the décor. Everything is explained from what procedure will be completed at that appointment to the insurance. The interaction between staff members; staff to patient and vice versa is outstanding. As I observe the operation of the Stonehaven Dental office, I continue to notice the efficiency, and team work of the staff. It was a terrible experience! When we came in for the check up everybody was nice and helpful and we liked the dentist so much that when we were scheduling our appointment we shuffled our schedule around in order to find a time time he was available. When we got there the nurse was rude and rough with my wife's mouth. Then we didn't even get to see the right doctor because even though we booked a time he was open he was too busy for us! Then leaving the dentist all the work hey had done was left rough and we had to go in again so they could smooth all their work out. read more

Stonehaven was amazing. From Kaylie at the front desk, to Bree and Dr. Nate doing my laser stuff. I am so scared of the dentist and when i came into get laser and a cleaning they couldnt get me numb. When the time came for my appointment Bree was there to walk me back and made me so so comfortable. Dr.Nate and bree were so hilarious and making me laugh that i didn't even realize i was being numb. I was amazed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff at Stonehaven Dental. I was seen on the same day I inquired about availability and the treatment went smooth and easy. I did not feel any pain and all of my questions were answered promptly and in the detail I was hoping for. My first visit was free and I did not have to spend any money before I found out if they were good or not, and they are great! Both Amanda and Dr. Jenny were very friendly and took the time to educate me on what I can do to prevent any problems in the future as well as things to keep an eye on. We have been going to stone haven for years now and love them. We can get all our family in at once and love that we don't have to schedule tons of different appt. we have seen all the dr at the Lehi location and they are all fabulous! They were even able to fill my daughters cavity who is petrified of of the dentist. They made her feel very comfortable. read more

I had a great experience. It is more of a corporate feel verses your family dentist but I had a toothache and there were able to fit me in that day. They even made time for me to do a cleaning even though they were busy. Kari was personable and kind. I would recommend Stonehaven Dental to anyone of all ages but understand that is it a corporation. read more
