IMO, the deli cold cuts tastes like meat from a delicatessen. They make the chicken and potato salad in-house and it tastes that way. They have so many delicious options that I couldn't make up mind. I wanted soup and a sandwich but I didn't want to eat that much. The man behind the counter cheerful said, " get half a sandwich and soup special!" I had no idea they had that deal! The first pitcher was dry before the waitress asked if we needed another. The person whose birthday we were celebrating ordered their meal first and got their food last (by quite a bit, half of the party was done eating already). And when they brought his food out, it was the wrong order. He went up to let us know it was wrong (because our waitress was missing) . He could see his order in the counter, but was told that order was a mistake and he received the right thing. We had two orders at the same table with one very small difference (an ingredient missing on one) and the two were blatantly different. Between slow service, wrong orders, and no accountability this place seriously disappointed tonight. It's a shame, in my opinion they were one of the best wing spots in the area, but they have obviously let their quality control drop.
