Visiting from the Chicagoland area, you really have to serve up a great pizza to satisfy our family. Stoner's Pizza Joint did just that! The flavor was on point and the toppings were delicious. The Pep-N-Rollie was missing the jalapeño but that was our fault as we ordered the regular and not the spicy. I arrived right when our order said it was to be ready and it wasn't piping hot like I would have expected. We had to microwave the pizza when we got back. That is why I gave 4 stars. Within 30-40 minutes, the pizza arrived. The pizza was bland, the side of marinara didn't make it to the box and each slide of pizza had one to two tiny pieces of ham and some pieces had none. Thirteen hundred and some reviews later and now I'm thinking "have I reviewed food that has reached me by delivery?" And I can not say for sure that I am completely certain that I have or certain that I have not. Pecking in my choices of size, bread, sauce and toppings and tip into my phone was quite seamless. And now the clock starts and they've projected for me a ten minute window, thirty five minutes out. Forty minutes later, there was a jingle at my door. Super friendly fellow, represented his company and himself very well. The pepperoni ring pattern of round and round around the pizza we go can be your laying technique, but the look to me is damaging -- I prefer a more random and rustic look myself. Extra cheese is just the darndest extra topping to add because you never really get it, you always get charged and no recourse for them possibly cheating you out of it, but I do it anyway. The crust sagged a bit, the cheese wasn't exactly of the quality I'd had thought they would use. The sauce just kinda sat in the background and lingered like the last party guest that isn't leaving and isn't getting the picture that it's time. There is just so little to say. However, my hopes are not all quite yet dashed. I've got a sneaky suspicion, a baseless hope really, that when next the crave overcomes me, I'll stop in for my pizza and hopefully enjoy a better pie. read more

Took about 12 minutes to freshly make my order from scratch. Pizza was delicious. Stoner's is as close to NJ Pizza as you can get. During our first order, My husband ordered a Build your own pizza and had it delivered to our home. The pizza came pretty quick, it was still hot, cooked to perfection, the ingredients were fresh and vegetables on the pizza were crispy. It was a little pricey but well worth it. Since then, we have since ordered Hot wings, Chicken BLT Sandwiches, Italian steak Sandwiches, Island BLT Sandwich, Jenny's Salads, Calzones, and Strombolies, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. I tell him I have cash and will pay the delivery driver, which he replied they only do door dash.
