Large Italian. (Half-eaten, sorry! Too hungry to wait!!)

Delicious pizza, thin crust like I like. Flavorful with fresh ingredients. Ordered delivery. Friday night- took about an hour (30 minutes sooner than promised). Highly recommend!

Did a pick up order for sandwiches and wings. We had a meatball and a chicken parm. Both were okay. The sauce was super acidic which threw me off. I still enjoyed it, but not my favorite either. The wings were great and were nice and crispy... just how I like them. Even after bringing them back to the house. I still need to try their pizza and report back.

Each location is a little different from this local franchise. But, every place I've been to has a couple games for the young and young at heart. All are welcoming, low-key, chill spots so you can come as you are at any age. Staff is friendly and attentive when you call in or order there. Dine in or carry out. Tasty both ways. They pay attention to special orders, just make sure there on their game that night as I have ordered enough Gluten Free crusts to know that it's a thinner one than the 3/4-1" you receive on a normal 10" pie. Also, since it's a little thinner, I normally order mine "light baked" so I do get a crispy craker-like crust over a nice doughy pizza crust. Nice offerings for toppings and bases. My new favorite is the Egg-Base. It sounds odd but melts in your mouth. Salads are a nice attention and big enough to share with a pizza. They have great lunch specials as well under $10, which is hard to find these days!

Nice pizza place with a lot of seating and a large parking lot. The pizza was good. Nice salty cheese and thin crust. Order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Had the plain cheese pizza and a small Greek salad. My husband had the chicken parm sandwich that he didn't really like. The selling point on this place is the game room off the seating area. Give your kids a few quarters to play ski ball or video games and eat in peace (well, for 5 minutes at least)

Half cheese... 1/2 pepperoni. They don't have green olives.

The pizza was absolutely yummy!!! So much so that we went back twice on our vacation. Perfectly cooked! Cinnamon sugar dessert was spot on... light and delicious! The service was eh... way too rushed when they weren't even busy.

    Great for groups!

There's no particular reason why we haven't checked out Paisano's; however, after receiving a coupon for a free large cheese pizza with the purchase of a large specialty pizza, the offer was too good to let lapse. The specialty pizza menu is large with great combos for vegetarians and carnivores like me and my hub. There's plenty of parking and the dining area is large if you want to dine in and great for groups. There's plenty of menu options but I was laser focused on the deal. We looked at the specialty pies on the mailer and selected the Meaty & Beefy. I also opted to pay an upcharge of $2.50 to add pepperoni to the cheese pizza. I ordered at the counter and camped out to wait for my order. In about 15 minutes my 2 pies came out, piping hot. I was home in 7 minutes. I had high expectations based on the dozens of four and five star reviews. Top line, it was only meh and we both were sorely underwhelmed. I know the photo makes the specialty pie look enticing. As described, the toppings were pepperoni, sausage, beef, bacon and ham. All we tasted was pepperoni and small, small, pieces of what I think was chopped ham and processed bacon bits. The razor thin sausage was overcooked; the beef, was best described as crumbly. The sauce was ordinary, (read: lacked seasoning) and the crust lacked body and was overcooked. The cheese pie with pepperoni had the same crust and sauce. I feel bad because the deal was terrific and I'd like to patronize this business, often, but without another coupon, I'm not sure I'll order from Paisano's again. Oh, well.

Came here excited to try their pizza and salad. Some other reviews mention a rude girl at the register, that's the understatement of the century! We ordered the NY chopped salad. I'll start with the positive. It was fresh. Weak on the toppings. Pricey at 12 and change. Lastly, if you're expecting a chopped salad, you're going to be disappointed. Apparently, they don't understand the word chopped. Also ordered a large cheese thin crust pizza. Very underwhelming, remained us of a frozen pizza. Sauce had no flavor and crust was rubbery. Will not be coming back. Way better options for pizza and salad in Mt Pleasant, don't waste your money.

Pasta salad. A little misleading. They need to label it as tortellini salad on the menu. Big difference in my opinion.

This is one of my three go-to pizza places in Mount Pleasant. Their specialty pizzas are really good. I also like that you can get any of them made into a calzone. Some of my favorites are their fries, blue chips, pressed mozzarella Fresca, and the Da Dougie pizza. However, my absolute weakness, that no other pizza place comes close to, is their Fat Boy deep dish pizza. It's always cooked to perfection and best of all, it has a CARAMELIZED CRUST! Crust like that is a rare thing unless you live Chicago. Lastly, the entire staff is great, especially Anna. They're always friendly and I like that every time I've place an order to go, they double check my order when I arrive. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because some of the appitzers are a little underwhelming. But other than that, Paisano's is a solid place!

We do but, it is a $100 minimum. However! You can always pick up, wait time is usually 15-20 minutes !

Could you tell me which pizzas are gluten free? I could not find it on your menu but you have the gluten-free specialty designation on yelp? Thanks.

We have a gluten free crust that only comes in small with a 3.00 up charge.

The green salad was so well balanced with a herby perfect dressing and my daughter and I shared a small to start. We also shared 2 small pizzas that were outstanding! We devoured both the Notorious FIG and the Knockout-the flavors were complex, and the crust was thin, crisp and perfect. Now back at our house we are debating going back for more. Right now. Service was excellent. Those folks are busy! Yet everyone seemed to work seamlessly together and always with a smile. Be good to yourself and go there. Order more than seems reasonable. On my most recent visit I arrived early and sat right by the pickup counter so I wouldn't miss my order. I watched my pizza sit on the counter for about 12 minutes without anyone calling a name. Eventually I walked up and asked if it was mine, and sure enough it was. By the time I got it, the pizza had probably been sitting there close to 20 minutes, so it was cold again. When I mentioned it, the employee said they had called my name, which simply isn't true because I was sitting right there the entire time and never heard anything. What makes this even harder to understand is the price. A large pizza there runs about $27, and it's a very thin pizza. At that price you'd expect hot food and at least a little attention to making sure customers actually get their order when it's ready. Cold pizza twice in a row at that price point is disappointing.

Their thin crust pizza is honestly some of the better pizza we've had in the area. The crust has a great texture, the pies are balanced well, and overall the flavors are consistently good. That said... I have one recurring frustration that keeps happening every single time we order. We always add fresh garlic, and every single time, you can't taste it at all. And let's be honest -- real fresh garlic, if it's actually fresh and used generously, should absolutely announce itself on a pizza. It should hit with conviction. Either it's barely being added, forgotten entirely, or it's the bland jarred stuff pretending to be fresh garlic. It's frustrating because the pizza itself is genuinely good, and this feels like such an easy fix that would take the pies to another level. We'll definitely keep coming back because good pizza in Charleston is rare, but please... let the garlic show up to the party.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a restaurant…read more We ordered our pizza and salad ahead of time because we were bringing our grandchildren, including our neurodivergent grandson who has difficulty waiting for food. We were trying to be considerate and avoid the long wait that had been difficult for him during a previous visit. When we arrived, there were multiple empty tables, and the hostess actually started to seat us. Then she discovered we had ordered takeout and suddenly told us we could not sit inside because it "wouldn't be fair to other people." The manager agreed. I explained why we had ordered ahead and asked them to reconsider. They supposedly contacted the owner/head of the restaurant--and the answer was still no. Their solution was for our family to sit outside in approximately 80-degree heat, even though no one was using the patio. We explained why that wasn't appropriate for our grandchildren and still they refused. A group of 5 staff stood in the back of the restaurant talking about us. I approached and asked for a refund. Instead, they eventually brought our paid-for food to us at the front of the restaurant while other customers watched, and we had to leave. Think about that: a restaurant with empty tables refused to let a family sit down and eat food they had already purchased simply because they had ordered it as takeout. We weren't trying to take a table from anyone. We weren't asking for special treatment. We were simply asking to sit down and eat our own food with our grandchildren. The food may be decent, but customer service and basic compassion matter too. After this experience, our family will never return. If you have children, particularly a child with special needs, I would strongly recommend considering another restaurant.

It was a Saturday evening and while we were told 30 to 40 minutes, it took nearly an hour. When we arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes, he gladly poured us some wine and made sure we were comfortable as we waited. The food is very reasonably priced for the quantity and quality. While not everything I would re-order (the photos are just part of a large order), what we enjoyed was fantastic. The pastas were fantastic - especially the Bolognese. The Italian sandwich was hot and loaded with meats and the fire roasted bread was cooked perfectly around it and just the right thickness. The pizzas were good but not great. I'd argue maybe a bit doughier than what I'd expect from real wood fired Neapolitan pizza. The ingredients were of high quality and everyone who ate pizza enjoyed them! Beverages are limited to beer, wine and soda. There's 4 appetizers of which three are fried and of course, meatballs in marinara ... three salads - Caesar, Caprese and House, several calzones, 3 paninis and 10 specialty pizzas, one size. We also reviewed a sheet with 7 pasta dishes which seemed odd given these same entrees are offered at Cuocco Pazzo, a few doors away. Our order was simple. We were sharing the Caprese salad ($13.49) and a Carnivoro (Meat Lovers) pizza. Our server, Grazie, advised that they were running out of pepperoni (huh?) and that other meats would be increased. Hub started with a great pour of Chianti, well priced at $7.00/glass. We both enjoyed their take on the Caprese salad - it was a perfect size for sharing. The presentation was lovely ... 8 half moon slices of fresh, seasoned mozzarella, alternating with thin slices of juicy tomato topped with a chiffonade of fresh basil ... accompanied by a nice portion of fresh mixed greens, gently tossed with a yummy balsamic vinegar. The pizza, probably between 12-13 inches was delicious, but, perhaps a bit overpriced at $21.95. The crust was thin, which is my preference. The toppings were tasty ... but, there could have been more and it could have been crisper which knocked my rating down from 5 stars to four. We ordered the mini cannoli to go. They were tasty, but overpriced at $6.00, considering their size. Our server was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back. I love a panini and definitely want to share the Caesar!
