This place is between Azul and Kairos. The young lady at the front was super nice. Ordered two flavors on 20 wings, which were made to order. Hot honey mustard smelled spicy, but the heat was not there. So weird. Teriyaki was the typical flavor, so tasty. The wings were crispy, but very inconsistent. Some had very little meat on them or maybe just fried too hard. The ranch is on the thick/creamy side. Fried shrimp was nicely breaded, but it tasted too fishy for my liking. I would like to start this off by saying, the food was great. The wing flavors were perfect. Not too pungent, great size and hot when we received them. The fries we're seasoned pretty much perfectly. I do want to give this business the benefit of the doubt due to it being super bowl Sunday, but upon speaking with other customers in the store I grew frustrated as time passed. We entered the restaurant around 5 o'clock to place an order for 30 wings and a side of fries and we did not leave the store until 6:30pm. You could see the confusion and miscommunication coming from the workers behind the counters as they grew frustrated with the amount of waiting customers. Orders that were placed days in advance to be picked up around 5/5:30 before the super bowl were not fulfilled until 6/6:30. Multiple orders were canceled and had to be refunded during the hour we sat and waited on ours. While we did not mind the wait as we were not all that interested in the super bowl, it was still frustrating. The employees were apologetic, which I believe they should have been. This was a huge lack of preparation on their part. So much that they had to stop taking orders to try and catch up with stuff that had already been waiting for hours. It is days like this especially for a new business that you would expect to see the owners of the establishment there and helping trying to keep their staff happy and on track, but they were no where to be seen. Coming from the restaurant industry, this was frustrating. Every person, even the cooks were standing around at certain points trying to figure out what was going on and what they were supposed to be working on. I feel that the owners need to reassess the order taking and making process as their tickets were all taped too a fridge and they did not appear to be in any particular order. Things should not ever be this chaotic especially when people placed orders days in advance. The sauce flavor range is very large, almost too large in my opinion. We chose the garlic parmesan, smoked barbecue, and honey mild. While they were are good, the smoked barbecue had more kick then the honey mild. We wanted some spice but not too much, but if you want even a little bit of spice I would definitely go with the honey hot. Everything considered, the food was worth the price, but the wait and the experience was not. I hate to see a new small business lose customers, but along with myself and many others I believe today they have. read more

Stopped in this past Friday night and ordered for my wife and I as well as a takeout order. The young man at the counter was not engaging and seemed unsure what he was doing. That was the least of ny issue. For 8 chicken tenders and 10 wings it took an hour for a to go order. Then when looking at my receipt I was charged an additional $2 for sauce on both orders, as well as a 4% card charge per our orders.
