Then, we discovered that the propane wasn't being filled by them so that is why it wouldn't light. After about 2 months of calling them asking for the propane to be filled, they finally sent someone out and filled it. Next, they claimed they couldn't inspect the fireplace without a pressure test of the line. Another 2 months of them no-showing for multiple appointments, they finally came in October and completed the pressure testing and inspection of the fireplace. Afterwards, I was told I needed a part which would be in the next week. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. They told me that they have no record of ever coming out to my house and that they would have to come and do the same thing again. Then, when I told them that they had already been to my house for the service appointment, they told me that they have no record of me being a customer. They then wanted to charge me another insane amount to come out again. I'm finally just done and going to call somewhere else. Apparently these people don't want the business.

He does not have a truck for moving, but simply for his tools. Do NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH HIM BY PHONE. I wanted to replace a 75g tank hot water heater around October. I found Goodco in State College did…read moretankless and they referred me to Bovard (their partner company). They installed a tankless unit they said would work for my house. It never did work right. I would get low flow. The heat wouldn't turn on randomly. And over the next 4 months I experienced problems, which they couldn't resolve. Today (end of January) I am told my incoming water is too cold for the unit to handle and I have to live with it. Or they can put, in essence, an electric blanket over the 15' incoming pipe in hopes that it heats the water before it goes to the hot water heater. This is not ok. They said if I want it replaced with a tank I would need to pay another $3500, making the grand total to replace my old tank to around $9000. Please do yourself a favor and find anyone else in the tri state area to help you. It seems like you won't get help here.
