The service here was really good - very friendly and helpful barista. It seems like maybe there's quite a few regulars here. The vibes were good for studying or getting work done but also if you were meeting up with a friend too. They convert from cafe to bar but still keep both menus, in case you don't want alcohol. The steamer I had was really good too! I'd love to come back in the summer with my dog and try their patio.

Got my coffee here and enjoyed a visit with a friend. We enjoyed our time and noticed people working and catching up. It's bright and airy inside.

I haven't been to this location since it changed hands! I assumed it was still "Verite"! I have always loved this location but always found parking a challenge! Thankfully the new owners allow free parking in the parking garage area! They seem to have updated and improved the outside eating area and I was pleased to see that dogs are allowed in the patio area! The barista today was so patient with me and friendly! The chai tea latte she made was the best I have had in a while! I will definitely be going back!

    Very yummy coffee

Absolutely amazing coffee and goodies. Love the old school cafe vibe. Lots of good light, tables for working and communing, and don't forget parking!

Service was great! Coffee, food, ambience were all great! They have a nice selection of specialty items as well that you can't find just any place. Definitely recommend Stone's Throw!

Bagel breakfast sandwich + 12oz London fog-- place has nice vibes!

Had the breakfast special--sandwich & my latte were yummy. It would be a cozy place to meet a friend for coffee.

I got a breakfast sandwich and a London fog (drink was better than the sandwich but both were fine).

Came here the past couple Fridays to get my weekend started and closing out a work week. The…read moreambiance here is intimate and the music isn't too loud which is great while sipping some beers. There are several beers and some ciders on tap from all around and all the ipa's I've tried here have been pretty decent. from there you grab your brew and have a seat at high top tables within the tap room. Again, the setting is mid-sized good for a couple groups of four and a few two person tables. Music is at a decent volume and is lit dimly making it decent for a date spot or just a place to have conversation without raised voices. Fridges line the tap room so you can mix and match beers, ciders and wines to take out which is cool. I like Bottleworks, I want to enjoy it more, but there are some issues holding me to 3 stars. The staff are...alright. Not bad, but I feel could be a little friendlier. Also they don't allow sample pours? This is a common thing at most breweries, but maybe it's because this is a tap room, but beers run a bit higher here - $8-9 a pour so that's annoying that you can't even try a couple. Lastly, they rotate things out it seems weekly. Some of the more popular options I suppose they keep but seems like a lot of turn around on the drinks so if you like something they have on tap, don't get too attached. Perhaps on subsequent visits It will improve, and I can boost the score here, but besides the decent beers and setting, it's just OK here.

One of the best bottle shops in the country!…read more I've had many of Bottleworks' anniversary beers in the past because they always team up with stellar breweries to make them.. but before today I have never visited the famous shop. It's smaller than I imagined it to be but every beer inside, from the draft list to the cans and the bottles are carefully curated by the staff. We grabbed a quick beer (Hill Farmstead, which is the first time I've seen this brewery for sale in the since I started this trip 6 weeks ago and Ive been through 4 states) Then we shopped for some cans, we quickly had to refrain from buying too much as the refrigerator in our van only holds so much. We ended up with a six pack and then grabbed a mystery 4 pack on the way out (mystery 4 pack was stellar). While we're shopping they opened a sour from Jester King and shared it with us. I honestly wish I lived a bit closer (Las Vegas is kinda far) because I'd be here everyday... Honestly, they have a whole cooler just for barley wine! The staff are very knowledgeable about beer and are very hospitable. Thanks for a great experience!

Their tap list rotates frequently, but they have a large selection which means there's usually something for everyone. My one wish is that you could sample before committing. My go-to order is a bacon grilled cheese, but I remove the smoky aioli & ask for a side of serrano pepper jelly to dip it in instead. But everything on their menu is good, including their specials which change maybe every few months or so. Most recently we came in last night around ~7:20p w/ a group of 9 & were quickly seated at the big picnic table. Despite closing at 9p, the server let us order a monster cookie right as the kitchen was closing & let us stay a bit longer to finish our drinks/meals while they were closing up, letting us know we didn't need to rush. It was appreciated & even with a big group toward end of the evening, drinks & food all came out fast.

The Ellsworth fried cheese curds are my favorite. The batter was nice and light and the sauces added to the experience. The smash burgers were awesome. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out! My friend's fiancé has celiac, and this is pretty much the only place where he can freely order anything without worrying about getting glutened, paying extra for GF options, or having to sacrifice good food. We've been twice now, and both times the food has been amazing. You genuinely wouldn't even know it's gluten-free! I'm coming again this weekend, so I'll add pictures afterward! Please open a location up north! Sincerely, someone who would come here way more regularly if I didn't live so far away.
