What an adorable addition to Blue Ridge! We live in Sunset Hill so we're about 8 minutes from this. Adorable farm house style building. The theme continues from the outside to inside. They have some indoor seating, I'd guess for about 20 ish people? There's two outdoor seatings as well. Parking on site is very limited, I believe only 2 parking spots and 1 handicap spot. For my first time visiting, I ordered a vanilla latte. Something basic so it's easy to compare to other shops. I enjoyed it. Not a very strong roast, vanilla syrup was there. The foam was also nice and fluffy. The servers were friendly. They also have cute little gifts and merch. We'll definitely be back to venture through the rest of the menu. read more

Was so excited to see Blue Ridge Coffee House finally open! The overall branding and aesthetics of the cafe is amazing - feel both cozy and high end at the same time. They have great in-house merch. The cafe itself is pretty small, only enough seats for about 8 people inside, so it's not really a great place to sit for a long time. They have some food options and tons of pastry options. I got a pistachio tea cake and an iced 12 oz latte for around $12-14 total, which is about the going rate in Seattle these days for a cafe stop. The coffee is just okay in my opinion, but I'd come back to try something else. It looks like they have a tiny parking lot for a few cars and a few seats outside. Overall, very cute family owned cafe, but could use a bit more seating for it to be a hang out/meet up spot! read more

This coffee shop is amazing! Very little interior seating but they have lots of exterior seating. They sell lots of merchandise and pastries. I even bought focaccia bread from The Cottage. Their coffee is so good; lots of staff working on a Friday. read more

Good morning on this rainy Sunday morning (1/4/26). Looks like the community came out for the grand opening, as there was a line already when I arrived before 0800. Lucky for folks who were able to visit during the soft opening and posted on IG. This indie cafe is located near Swanson's Nursery after quite the transformation from a former realty office. Cute periwinkle blue building. Deets: Limited onsite parking and there's street parking, but be mindful it's located in a residential area. Limited onsite seating too, I got my 16oz mocha to go, since it's cold/flu/C19 season. Welcoming owner and counter staff. Nice selection of beverages, baked goods (Cottage in Edmonds), coffee roasts (True North), snacks, and an assortment of merch. Additional menu items like sandwiches, bowls, salads, ice cream, beer & wine are forthcoming. My 16oz mocha with tax (tip factored with listed menu item) was $10.21. A bit pricey for me, however, the cafe has a POS system to accrue points. Just sign with your phone number to initiate this. One can also set up a house account, see their website or inquire at the counter. Glad to see a family's business vision come to fruition and warmly supported by the community. What a cute coffee shop around Greenwood! Service here was amazing, nice place to dine in or outside although small. After drinking the drink, the in-house syrup was pretty good. Realized that my 12 ounce Matcha was $10 and some change which is much more expensive compared to any other Matcha spot that tastes better and has a larger size, and has a specialty matcha flavors. This is the cutest coffee shop I've ever seen AND their products and customer service are both 5 stars as well. First, you drive on a backroad not thinking that this coffee shop will be on the corner next to an awesome plant place. Then you see the line on a weekend and say to yourself, "I NEED to go there." The most perfect 70 degree day comes around and you walk up to see this cottage with the snow capped mountains behind it, just asking you to come inside. The welcome mat sets the tone. There are ample little things you can look at when someone else is at the counter ordering. And then you see the pastry case and there is a Sticky Toffee Pudding Darling - the LAST ONE. I'm feeling lucky today so I tell the barista I want an iced coffee drink and she can choose the flavors - A+ choice that she makes picking pistachio and cherry. Coffee and pastry for here because there is surprisingly seating inside and outside. All this, on a tiny piece of corner land in the middle of nowhere Crown Hill. Excellent read more

I really wanted to love this place--the shop is small, cozy, and has a great vibe. That said, the coffee was surprisingly expensive, probably one of the priciest I've had in Seattle recently, and it didn't quite feel worth it. I like the atmosphere, but the cost makes it hard to return often. read more

Pros: coffee tastes good, nice esthetics, good location, house-made syrups. Cons: exuberant prices ($10+ latte, feels exploitative), no parking, very few seatings options, neutral friendliness of staff. Overall, the coffee tasted nice, but definitely not worth the price. At some point, we have to wonder why our coffees cost the same as a meal. I liked the location, but there isn't much parking. It looked like they were doing construction on a parking lot right outside the building, but even then, it would only be a few spots. Staff were not unfriendly, but also not friendly. I understand that we all have long and difficult days - so I don't think this was a huge problem. I'd love to support a new business, but it's hard when the prices are so high. Since there are very limited seating options, it's more of a grab-and-go situation. Even with the very high prices, it's not an environment where you can spend much time and work or hang out inside - the place is too small for that. Try it because it's good, but for me, it was a one-time thing. read more

The inside is SO cute + the neighborhood is adorable to walk around after you grab a drink and/or a bite there. A friend of mine and I have been waiting for this little place to open so when we tried it out today it surprised us how bad it was. It wasn't just so so the coffee was bad. It was easily one of the 3 worst cups of coffee I've had in my life. Not just that but is was $4.50 for an eight ounce cup! Just a few block down the street is Met Market that has excellent coffee for $2.00 and a huge selection of pastries. I hate it when something looks really cool but then you find it has no substance. read more
