My original rendering was missing, and what I thought would be a revised rendering turned into a multi week blueprint process instead. After multiple revisions, materials were delivered on Nov. 5th and full payment was required. Construction started on November 7th and the crew had most of the building up in about three days, however it was not complete, it was missing sections of siding and a ceiling hatch. I was initially told the building was finished, which was not true. Only after pushing back did I learn the crew had notes stating the building couldn't be completed, but no one caught or communicated this. The siding was fixed about a week later, but the ceiling hatch took three more weeks. I was told I could choose the hatch location, which did not happen. I requested the final inspection be delayed until the project was fully complete, but it still hasn't been scheduled. Multiple voicemails went unanswered for days. When I finally spoke with the office, I was told an inspection wasn't needed because the crew "did some" inspection of it and with my confirmation it could be used. This directly contradicted what the installers told me on-site. I was then told by this employee that she would have to speak to her manager, and they would call my back when they were able to schedule it. I will also add I was also told by the same employee my garage door install was scheduled for a specific date. When no one showed up, the garage door company confirmed Pioneer never scheduled it. It's currently EOD January 12 and this project still has unresolved issues, trash left on-site, and no final inspection. Poor communication, lack of follow through, and repeated misinformation made this a very disappointing experience. Update: After posting this review, communication temporarily improved and Will reached out stating the remaining issues would be addressed. However, timelines were again missed. Will informed me that the $1,000 site cleanup fee would be waived as a courtesy due to the delays and inconvenience. While waiting on replacement windows, I noticed I had missed a call from the owner of PPB. I returned his call, recorded the conversation. This call followed my BBB complaint, and the tone of the discussion felt very unprofessional and concerning.
