My husband and I have lived in this community for just over a month, and I must say, we absolutely…read morelove this community and we absolutely adore our apartment. It's very quiet, clean and welcoming. It's actually feels like a single-family one-story home. It's very spacious and the huge 2 car garage is a bonus! The appliances are much smaller than we'd like though. The main tub and master bedroom shower are ridiculously very small, however; we are learning to live with these downfalls. No community is 100% perfect of course, however; we are glad to call Redwood our home. We had an option to move elsewhere not too far from here, however, due to the open floor plan with cathedral ceilings we chose here and are glad we did. The monthly food trucks are very appreciated for those nights I don't cook dinner (which is very few). The office manager, "Lonnie" and his team are very professional, friendly and business oriented. I love the way this office is ran. I have been a customer service professional for over 30 years, so I, personally appreciate it when I see others providing the same level of good customer service to others, especially my husband and I. The maintenance guy is absolutely the best! He is friendly, prompt and attentive. The turnaround time is stellar (1 day or less)! This sets this community apart from others, the wait time for maintenance requests at our previous community was 3-4 days. Overall, we are super satisfied living here, and plan to call Redwood our home for a long time. It's a lot of things we will never compromise on when living somewhere, some being: comfort, convenience, and quietness, and this is exactly what we found at Redwood :).

Never had any serious maintenance issues in the entire time we lived there. Love that we had assigned parking in the covered parking (1) saved me many snow days. Water, and trash included was also nice. Rent was easy to pay online. Nicole is the manager and has always extended her hospitality to make everyone feel at home. The guys in maintenance are beyond outstanding people and workers. I regretted having to leave my favorite place, great neighbors, great view. But, had family issues that prevented me from keeping my little piece of joy I had living at Stoney Creek Village. The area is close to Stoney creek, and trials, tons of shopping, and dining close by. Great area.

The only downside I would say is that the grass from time to time doesn't get watered enough. And if your doggie your urinates on the grass in front of your place you want to make sure to use water to dilute it otherwise there's patches and they will make you replace it. When it's not Covid time they also have fun community events and the new fire pit/barbque gathering area is really pretty! Did I mention Kirjway is pet friendly? If you have a furry companion they welcome you with open arms! Just make sure you take good care of your pets, use common sense and clean up after them, and treat the townhomes like they were your own home (clean up pet accidents quickly, vaccinate pet, keep on leash, etc) and you won't have any issues. Princeton corporate greed is disgusting…read more I lived here with my girlfriend for almost an entire lease and all I experienced was greasy non caring management and ESPECIALLY maintenance. Issues you might wonder? The stairs were falling apart slanted at a 45' degree angle, wobbly... and we were told until they completely gave out they couldn't do anything about it! Two did my disabled girlfriend had to stay at her grandmas after that incident for a little while until she could maneuver the cheap 2x4 stairs they rigged up with a cheap stapled carpet! I was tempted to stomp the stairs only so they could fix them before someone was injured themselves going down them I didn't do this because we left but let me explain why in more detail! The entire foundation is a joke it's well known to it's residents the layout has it's problems particularly in the upstairs bathroom as in many cases and maintenance have also mentioned they always and always leak. The kitchen ceiling was slowly and slowly collapsing with every shower or bath ever taken we'd experience a flood that poured out directly on our stove and it became disgusting and almost unusable but did we call the office? Yes many times actually! Many many! FOUR times in total maintenance came out and failed every time to "fix" the problem one guy even tried telling me all it needed was to be caulked and I'd say they caulked it probably every single time they showed up and if I had to guess the caulking of said issue wasn't the answer as nothing ever changed! The air conditioning unit must be at least in our unit two decades old if not more easily older than the building itself and for awhile it worked like crap but instead of replacing the old 7 foot wide rust bucket they replaced an inner part and guess what it worked for a week and then I had to live with 350$ energy bills inside a 850sq ft apartment! (I now live in a 2200sq ft house and am on a budget plan because my energy bills are so cheap! 90$) I reported the issue and was told it needed a coolant recharge well one recharge later and wallah nothing changed! I had to fight with management and maintenance to fix anything in my home.. The outside brick has many holes many cracks and especially our unit particularly had a very large hole in the bottom of the porch we had an earwig infestation I honestly can't remember if we reported this or not as we were ready to leave immediately I gave office notice and we had to terminate the lease. I worked delivering food on Apps for a little while to pull in extra money and within 60 days of frequent deliveries to Shelby oaks and my own curiosities I'd drive by and I can say for certain the apartment was leased out once again.. weird because now I'm being sued 7 months later. I will see you in court and I will not be nice about it what you did was wrong and there's a reason Princeton's turnover is so high almost everyone who rents from Princeton ever returns to do so again.
