It's very quiet, clean and welcoming. It's actually feels like a single-family one-story home. It's very spacious and the huge 2 car garage is a bonus! The appliances are much smaller than we'd like though. The main tub and master bedroom shower are ridiculously very small, however; we are learning to live with these downfalls. No community is 100% perfect of course, however; we are glad to call Redwood our home. We had an option to move elsewhere not too far from here, however, due to the open floor plan with cathedral ceilings we chose here and are glad we did. The monthly food trucks are very appreciated for those nights I don't cook dinner (which is very few). The office manager, "Lonnie" and his team are very professional, friendly and business oriented. I love the way this office is ran. I have been a customer service professional for over 30 years, so I, personally appreciate it when I see others providing the same level of good customer service to others, especially my husband and I. The maintenance guy is absolutely the best! He is friendly, prompt and attentive. The turnaround time is stellar (1 day or less)! This sets this community apart from others, the wait time for maintenance requests at our previous community was 3-4 days. Overall, we are super satisfied living here, and plan to call Redwood our home for a long time. It's a lot of things we will never compromise on when living somewhere, some being: comfort, convenience, and quietness, and this is exactly what we found at Redwood :).

It looks like a pleasurable space where I would set my office, and could work from no problem. I don't know what the prices are so it's really hard to comment on how that would work but from looking at some of the offices I saw there in they're two story building, someone could basically hold a meeting in the meeting space, have lunch in the lunch area with a client, and then have their own private workspace. No warning given last time it flooded to make sure vehicles were moved. Mildew smell present in building where office is located. And, hallway in that building is very dirty. Black mold in bathroom. Dumpsters are always over filled and garbage piled high. Garage is crumbling and leaking water onto vehicles. Door to garage is always left open allowing anyone to enter building making it unsafe.

There was a family of raccoons living in the ceiling for several months. They took their sweet time calling Animal Control. One maintenance employee would make sexist comments towards my friends (they're female). Often blaming them for the broken appliances that were already in terrible shape when they moved in. Insulting their intelligence by saying things like, "You ladies never know how to work these things". Its 2020, grow up. The best part was the move-out process. While trying to dissolve the lease, it took the office over TWO WEEKS to get back with them. And this was only after they were forced to call corporate because the lease had two days left. Usually with complexes like this, you get what you paid for. Unfortunately, they couldn't even deliver on that.
