I brought it up on my phone and they said its not acceptable and I would need to reschedule my appt. This is after 1 hr 30 min waiting. The office staff is not competent in their functions. Because they couldn't access the system and their appt staff saying they had a referral already, I wasted my day and now they wanted me to rebook a new appointment. I was told that a different provider was scheduled so I had to pay for the treatment ( tweaking). And also, the front desk said, "I had waited too long " !! When the doctor finally came in, the consultation lasted barely 10 minutes. She didn't seem prepared -- I even overheard her asking the receptionist why I was there right before walking into my room, even though I'd already explained that when booking the appointment. There was no apology for the long wait, just a quick rundown of what products I should stop using and a push toward purchasing new ones she recommended. There was no thoughtful explanation behind those suggestions or a real examination of my skin. I gave it another chance and came back for a follow-up. Once again, I arrived early and waited over an hour and 30 minutes before having to leave. Unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing and uninformative as the first time. Overall, the lack of respect for patients' time and the feeling of being sold to rather than cared for makes it hard to trust or recommend this practice.
