The staff is very friendly and welcoming and maintain a level of calmness often needed to serve the wide range of customers they encounter on a daily basis. Rarely is there a wait and I have never had an issue with any prescription or other medication. Tucker the pharmacist is very professional and informative, always answering all my questions and concerns. He has assisted with my medication on several occasions and has done an outstanding and painless job administering my vaccines and other shots for the last 5 years. On numerous occasions he has interacted directly with my doctors for prescription renewals and questions regarding my medication. Maria and Renee are a great supporting team ensuring that the prescriptions are ready when promised and have also offered valuable guidance and information on my medications. One of the primary intangible discriminators at this pharmacy is the way they treat their customers, regardless of who you are. They truly care about your well-being and you leave feeling that they have your back. I highly recommend the Stop & Shop Pharmacy in Yarmouth...even if you have to drive a few extra miles to get there.

The receptionist was remarkably rude and showed little compassion toward a woman who was clearly in significant pain. Rather than offering assistance, she insisted on having her complete paperwork containing information that had already been provided, all while displaying an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. What followed was a nearly nine-hour wait to diagnose what ultimately turned out to be kidney stones. Even more concerning, during that entire time, not a single doctor came into the room to personally evaluate, explain findings, or discuss a treatment plan. Healthcare professionals are entrusted with caring for people during some of their most vulnerable moments. Unfortunately, this facility failed to demonstrate even the most basic standards of communication, compassion, and patient care. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and respect we encountered was deeply disappointing. This was, without question, one of the worst healthcare experiences I have witnessed. Based on our experience, you would likely receive more attentive and compassionate care at many urgent care centers than at this hospital's emergency department.

Yes, it was my fault, however when I tried to text a modification of time or day I was summarily shut down and told it's another 200.fee- in addition to the 150 fee I had paid for a consultation. I was within the 48 hour period of time to alter my appointment. 350.00 later with no treatment and a conversation that was completely unyielding of an any compromise later, I walked away from the salon without a compromise. It was harsh. But nothing would persuade this technician from charging me the additional 200. for my clumsiness. This is not the same person I had do my facial before. It feels bad, its callous and mercenary that she took 350. on my stored credit card against my wishes telling me she has the right to do so while I protested. I understand the need for small businesses to protect themselves from cancellations, I'm the general manager of a local hotel, but there are times when we listen to people and we apply a more nuanced view of the situation.
