I called my provider was told my prescription plan covers the vaccine 100%; they could not find any inquiry from Conroy or any denial of services. I called Conroy's the next day to discuss the matter and was then told they do accept my prescription plan. So we went from, 'we accept your plan so I don't know why it was rejected' to 'we don't take your plan'. Just admit you made a mistake. I suggested they perhaps they should verify insurance coverage at the time of scheduling rather than wait...the lady cut me off and said 'have a good day' and hung up. I've heard bad things about Conroy's and I thoroughly understand how they got that reputation.

When I asked the male employee working with her about our order, the lady behind the counter developed a nasty attitude and started behaving oddly. I began to suspect she might be doing something spiteful to our food. When we finally got home and I bit into my sandwich, I found a crumpled piece of paper inside. Horrified, I immediately stopped eating and returned to the store, demanding a complete refund. Shockingly, she told me twice to "go f*** myself." She then acted like a victim, complaining to other guests and claiming the paper was stuck between the cheese.
