This place is a scam beware especially if you are a female they will seem like they are helping you but they are not. Wanting thousands of dollars upfront for something that can be fixed with a simple oil change. Not cool. I have been here before and they not only forgot to put the caps back in my car or motor hood cover but now I'm questioning if they even fix the problem or do things to keep you coming on the regular.... Had my mounts replaced in January paid for oem parts. Received aftermarket parts. Problem returned in about 5mos took it back they replaced the parts and charged me for one mount even though my warranty was still good. When I asked for refund it was less than what I actually paid. There's so much more to say, like asking to fix things that was not broken to begin with. So get a second opinion with these guys. I should not have to pay another mechanic to do the job these folks were supposed to have done right the first time. And yes I got the refund but no resolution to correct parts I paid for. My engine sounds as if its going to fall out the car, I didn't know that's what I was paying for. read more

Went in for a regular oil change got charged $374 to change out my oil gasket and flush. My oil found out two months later at another mechanic that I was leaking oil profusely and it was never changed or completed because the bolts on my oil pan were still rusted shut Buyer Beware this is a scam place. read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my 2017 Dodge Durango in because it wouldn't start and was quoted $1,400 out the door to fix the issue. After paying and picking up my vehicle, it didn't even last 3 miles before the check engine light and multiple warning lights came back on. I called immediately and was told to bring it back. The very next morning, the truck wouldn't start again. When I contacted the shop, they couldn't even help with a tow, forcing me to pay out of pocket just to get it back to them. Once it was there, the communication was nonexistent. No updates, no calls--nothing. I had to chase them down myself. After being told I'd get a callback (which never happened), I called again before closing and was suddenly told I now needed to pay another $1,300 for a fuse box. So after charging me $1,400 for a "fix," they completely missed another major issue? That should have been identified from the start. When I questioned it, I got no clear explanation, no accountability, and zero empathy. Just another bill. This place seems more interested in getting more money out of you than actually fixing your vehicle correctly the first time. Poor communication, careless diagnostics, and no customer care. These guys are absolute thieves. They're charging $50 for a smog that you can get anywhere else for $20. And worse, they offered a free car inspection and their 'mechanic' alerted me that a front trans-axle needed replacement because it was leaking grease. He showed me a glob on green axle grease on the black rubber boot. After working on cars myself for 50 years I knew immediately that he cut the boot and squeezed out some grease because I had driven there on a 45 mph road and if there was any grease leaking the spinning axle would have sent it all over the place. NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE unless you enjoy being ripped off! read more

I randomly came in here because I was actually on the east side of town and needed a smog check and noticed that they had a coupon for $7.77 for a smog check for just checking in. So that's why I came here. She was very friendly as soon as I entered at the desk. it was also pretty quick only took 15 minutes. Plenty of places to sit on the inside when I was there. And when I love most about this place is that the guy didn't try to sell me stuff at the end. He actually said my car was in great condition which for 2004 is pretty good. But I did just get my car fixed last December so it had better be in good condition. Haha! But I know sometimes with these places they try to sell you other things but this location did not which I was thankful for! Super super nice and super friendly. read more

I took my vehicle in this past September, and I was told that I needed a fuel pump. The funny thing is I had a fuel pump put on my vehicle a little over a year ago, but because I was between a rock and a hard place, I did not review my prior paperwork that I had in regards to the work that I had done on my vehicle previously. How is it possible that I needed a fuel pump a little over a year after having one already replaced on my vehicle? Typically, I do not take my vehicle to this shop, but I desperately needed my vehicle. I took my vehicle in midday, and they told me that they would have it fixed by the evening later on that day. I went to go get my vehicle, and I drove it off the lot, and the same problem that was happening when I brought it in was still occurring. I spent over $1800, and the issue still wasn't resolved. My car wasn't driven to confirm that the issue was fixed. I was simply given the keys and told that everything was OK. I would not take my vehicle to this shop at all. They will tell you that you need repairs that aren't needed. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. read more

Where do I start? As I pulled in their lot the sign on the building says Smog Checks "$9.99." They tell you afterwards the price changed to $19.99... Come on now. There was no other business at the time so after 15 minutes I asked the woman at the desk "how much longer is this going to take?" She went to check... Five minutes later I go outside and see her conversating with three other workers. I asked a guy sitting in the next bay "Can I have my keys." He said sure, we'll pull it out for you. Five minutes later a nice, older black gentleman pulls my car out and says "I guess you fell thru the cracks cuz your car has been ready for 20 minutes." Oh well. I'm going to change my review because they did charge a cheap fee for a smog and because the water pump did need changing eventually. I did not really like that they did a whole evaluation of the car because I didn't ask for it so it took longer than normal. I get my car regularly maintenanced at the dealer and said I would follow up with the dealer which they were fine with BUT What I didn't like was the statement one of the men made saying my "be careful driving it - you shouldn't drive it at all your car will blow up". It felt like a weird thing to say to me in that moment after I said I would go get it looked at. read more

Came in to get an oil change (great price of $15 total for Full Synthetic) and had the mechanics do the routine vehicle inspection. As they were conducting it, they informed me that my rear brake pads were worn out. They offered to replace them and include the oil change for a total of $300, a special that they're running, but I wasn't planning on spending that much. I was able to have them do it for $260 total, not much difference but it showed me that they really wanted to assist and help with the pricing. $40 bucks is still $40 bucks saved. I went to get my oil change and when I checked the oil cap right after they did it the months of accumulated dust that was on the oil cap was not even touch. When I checked the oil, it smells burnt and old and the color was blackish. Two signs that the work was not even done. What a world we live in! read more

I used to go to this location because they are very close to my house till couple of years ago their management changed, the staffs might have quotas, they are very greedy , they would push me for more services even those services I just received from my vehicles dealers through my warranties. The last time I took one of my vehicles there to get smog check, and was told I had to spend almost 1k to get my engine checked and other parts fixed, I rejected , then smog check failed(but I still had to pay them the smog check fee), I went an other auto service shop, got my smog re-checked, and it past right away! ***PLEASE READ BEFOFE CONSIDERING*** -DO NOT PAY FOR UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I came in for only an annual smog check thinking it would take me 15-30 minutes. We waited for 30-45 minutes. The manager (David) discussed with me about the "potential issue" of my brake pads. He said "it will fail the next day or two, the alternator belt will snap, and that it needs to be done in that moment. Will I have $1000 to fix it up today?" He asked me when I had the car last checked, and I said last month. He asked me where and I said, the actual dealership. I showed him the car report I received from the dealership (all marked green) and he stumbled upon his words. He couldn't even look at the paper when I pointed that these things he was showing were in good condition!! My car completed its 60k maintenance which included various testing a week prior by a dealership. The report I received indicated that my brake pads and alternator belt is in good condition. He said, "maybe the dealership technicians are wrong and that they might've made a mistake." Mind you this appointment was only for an annual smog check which means they conducted a non-discussed diagnostic testing. Just because it's free, this doesn't mean that I wanted them to run diagnostics. I trust my dealership than a third party shop ANYDAY. A recommendation was made to either repair the brake pads and alternator belt (over $1000 of parts and labor) or further damage my car by using a scare tactic. Additionally, I called back when I got home because I needed to know the name of the belt that "needed fixing." I talked to the receptionist who put me on hold for an hour. Never got an answer back. I tried two times. I talked to the other locals and they said that USA Auto Service does this all the time. PLEASE DO NOT consent to these recommendations or services and save yourself a hassle by further researching the reputable shops. read more
