Stop N Stare truly is a gem. They are very efficient. You get your order taken while on the queue and everyone gets the car hand washed and dried before the detailing begins. I always get the mint to upkeep my leather seats inside. On a few occasions I noticed alittle scuff of dirt after it was completed but they are more than happy to rectify any issues you may have with the service. Since now all the generic car wash establishments are so expensive now, I feel these guys are affordable and great at what they do. They both tried to justifY one of their employees wrongful acts because "" he's one of the main good guys who washes the car" but when I speak up because he got agitated to do his job they focused on my reaction instead of being the person in charge to resolve the problem. This was my first car wash ever and I must say I wash impressed by the speed and efficiency of the whole process. There was a a big line but it moved very quickly and I was in and out in like 10-15 mins. The cleaning itself was pretty good considering how fast they were moving. This was my very first time at Stop N Stare and I wish I had better things to say. I own a Tesla 2022 and the only reason why I mention the year and model is so you can understand that I don't have a car which requires a lot of cleaning per say. It's a relatively new car that doesn't have years of dirt on it. I went to SNS and I initially got a Ritz. I paid $37.64 w/ taxes. Upon retrieving my car, the moment I opened the door, there was a foot print on my door. Obviously at this point I decided to inspect. My interior was full of finger prints, and foot prints. I told them about it, and they told me, in order to get a full on treatment of the interior k had to pay for the MINT service. I said ummm I wish I would've been told this, but said no worries, do the mint. I'll pay. I paid an additional bill of 10.00 bringing my total to $47.64. See pictures attached of my 2022 car after an almost $50 car wash. The pictures speak for themselves. Also, this was AFTER the mint and after i told them about a couple places that was still dirty. I do not recommend this place at all for a deep cleaning. If you're in a rush and you're okay with a superficial clean, this is the place. Not a place you want to bring a new car to. read more

Got my brand new 2023 car washed from them, the car was in perfect condition, no scratches no swirl marks what so ever, i immediately noticed my car had swirl and scratched, I spoke with Chris immediately right then and at first was trying to blame my dealer for the damages, I know that was not the case but then offered for next time a scratch and swirl removal, so I came the next day got the run around Chris was not there apparently and they took my #, so I've been waiting for a phone call and I have no received anything and overall I'm just greatly disappointed and upset my new vehicle got damaged. So stop and stare car wash is a really good car wash where they take there time and clean the interior and exterior off you car with care. They have this air machine that pushes the water out of those hard to dry places which is great so when you drive of you don't get those water streaks... The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for... I gave Stop N Stare car wash 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons one is the price being a little too high and the other is that it takes a looooong time which is a good and bad thing I guess... read more

This was my first and last visit to Stop n Stare. I purchased the Mint package for $40.00. Basically they did a decent job in cleaning the car but it was definitely not a Mint Package. When a returned home I checked the car and 3 of the wheel rims were still fill of dirt in between the rims. I am saying all the way around the rims in the center of the rims. Also there were smudge marks around the car that should have been out. The windows still had smudge marks around the edges. This is definitely not a Mint package ! Mint should come out mint not in that condition. I would consider it a regular package. Sorry I wasted my time and money there. read more

Went in here specifically because wipers and grates at the bottom of our windshield were filled with crumpled leaves and pollen. I asked the ticket man at the entrance to make sure they get that out, since it was gunking up the front of our car. Sat in the car while we drove through, and the two guys that had power sprayers in their hand kept not washing the area, even after I pointed to it repeatedly. They were too busy talking to each other to actually pay any attention. After I left the wash area, I got out and asked them again to do the front. They told me not to worry, the hand cleaners would do it. Got to the hand cleaners, they didn't clean it either. They kept telling me I had to get it done by the power washers and should've told them. Finally went back to the original ticket man and said they didn't clean the bottom of the windshield. First he tried to say I should've told him before I went in the wash (which I did). Then he remembered talking to me, and tried giving me some BS about how they can't spray the bottom of the windshield or it would get into my engine (WHAT?!?). Finally he realized I wasn't gonna buy that excuse, and he just walked walked away saying "no, sorry, pay again, sorry". Keep in mind my tone of voice wasn't the "angry yelling customer nitpicking about minor things". I acted very courteous towards them and kept my cool only until I got to the end and the manager kept trying to make up one excuse after another until eventually telling me to pay again so they can do it right. Avoid this place, there's a better hand-washing place a few blocks away by Castle Hill. There's usually a longer line at that one, but I learned the hard way why there isn't a long line at this one. read more

Used to be a very reliable car wash, but prices were raised and workers have scratched my car and clipped a wire in the process, I did not notice the wire clipped until after I left, nothing should ever be damaged and not mentioned to the owner: plus they have a policy where once you leave their parking lot, any damage done by them is not their responsibility. DO NOT COME HERE! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. I've been coming to this car wash on and off for w short time now. First time I went it was nothing special, there were a few things I didn't like but nothing big that would make me not want to come back here. Today I went for a car wash wash, asked for the classic which is $20 PLUS $2 for an SUV. I don't mind the price because it's a hand wash and I expect a good thorough wash and clean. At the end of the wash and dry I looked at my rims they were still visibly dirty. I told one of the workers, he brought the armor oil guy back over and he put MORE armor oil on the tires. I told him it was the rims not the tires and he said, " oh I don't know about that, that's the other guys who are doing the washing". Now If you know how car washes work I can't very well take my car and reverse back into the wash section. So he kinda was like oh well I can't help you. Then I was going to let it go. I steady made up my mind that I wouldn't be coming back. But then I look inside my car and it's STILL dirty. I'm not sure what they vacuumed or wiped down. Honestly I don't do reviews unless the service was really good or really bad. And this was terrible and a waste of $22. This place is only about 8 months old and is very busy with business. The line to get your car washed is usually 4-10 cars waiting. Its worth the wait. For $10 bucks you get a full service hand car wash, vacuum, armor all tires, and windows cleaned inside. They also have great detailing prices if you want to get a little more fancier with the wash. I've been here 4 times and the service got worse every time. I'd say it was 3 stars when I first came here. I can't say it's that cheap, since the amount of time actually spent washing the car is a lot shorter than other car washes I've been to - entire soaping and wash takes under 30 seconds or so, and drying gets awkward if there's no space to move forward after the car has been washed (left soap stain twice out of 4 times). Depending on how busy the place, service becomes more and more inattentive and spotty. On a side note, they used to have employees come by and spray the tires while customers wait. It gets skipped more often than not these days. Their employee treats the car like shit as well. They always hop in and change gear on the car while it's still rolling, making the unnecessary pinging noise on the transmission. I know I'm not the only one since I see them doing it to almost every car as I watch them, and another reviewer attests to this fact. Beware! This place is dangerous! It's so small that it's a constant chaos going on when there are people lining up for service. The only good thing is the price. Other than that they don't even do a good job, they rush you out and the place is WAY too small. People get off and leave their cars in the middle because they can't maneuver through their tiny space while everybody else waits. At first I was worried that they were gonna scratch my car or bump it with another cars door but that didn't happen. What happened was even worse. The guy that keeps the traffic moving was so stressed about his tiny space to work with that he got in my truck to move it and before he even stopped he threw the gear in parking and I heard the thud from my transmission. I see a lot of good reviews on here but unfortunately I can not say the same as the following people. I went to get my car cleaned today - just the exterior. Back story: I parked my car under a tree and I got plenty of these brown spots all over my car- not bird stuff. They cleaned the car and I drive away and I'm like what is that? I pull over and the brown spots are still there, not as much as before but still there. I spent 30 minutes cleaning the rest of the car myself.
