I visited several storage facilities before deciding on Nova Storage, and I'm so glad I did. The first thing I noticed was how secure the property feels. There is one entrance and exit, and the manager, Taylor, is right in the front office with a clear view of everyone coming and going. The number of security cameras throughout the facility was impressive and immediately gave me peace of mind. I was specifically looking for a climate-controlled unit, and Nova actually delivers. It's not just labeled climate-controlled--it genuinely stays cool and comfortable inside. Taylor was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. She genuinely seems to care about her customers and made everything easy from start to finish. On top of that, I'm paying less than I was at my previous storage facility while getting a larger unit. It was covered in rat mess. Once I cleared everything out I seen where they had made a whole through the wall of the unit behind me so they were going back and front from mines to theirs. They cheered up everything. Memory foam mattress which was wrapped in plastic, all my candles, rat piss all over everything. Previous things like my kids pairings and books. And they told me it's nothing I can do about it. This is disgusting please do not leave your stuff here it will end up a rats playground. Very disappointed, sad, mad, disgusting that my belongings ended up this way after I've been paying to keep it safe. Shut this place down!
