Granted it is hard at first since the rail construction but they gave discounts that really helped out. I was even more surprised how super their staff is. I go to my unit daily and see both Noe & Josh on the regular. These days it seems harder and harder to find businesses that have aloha spirit and friendly employees that I can already say I consider these two to be friends. They are always accommodating, very friendly and knowledgeable. Life is hard enough in the day to day but it's refreshing when people have a good attitude and smile. This specific Hawai'i self storage location; there are deals & discounts now and then, so give them a call. Also the rail construction isn't that bad and it's right next to Costco. Lots of parking inside, Ac storage, good secure access and best of all reasonably priced! I highly recommend if you need to store items short or long term that you go check them out.

Cookie is friendly, considerate, and consistent. She's true to her word and she's gone above and beyond for us. As an example when we finally bought a house and moved our stuff recently out she actually helped me clean up, fold up boxes, and throw rubbish out. I tried to say no but she said she enjoyed helping. I hope StorQuest knows what a valuable person they have there and they better appreciate her! Again she's the only thing that kept us there for a whole extra year. We would've gladly moved our stuff to a different place when they jacked the prices up, but she made it worth it.

I forget the movers names but they were both prompt, handled my items delicately with care, didn't take their sweet time they worked very very hard, disassembled and reassembled a near 50 year old antique silik hutch that I have inherited , they moved everything exactly where it needed to be in my new place, were very polite and respectful and did not damage anything or steal at all. I've dealt with another moving company in the past where I suspected some jewelry went missing. They are the quickest at responses, very reasonable pricing, flexible with their schedules, all in all I am very satisfied and have asked them to move another thing for me as well. 10/10 recommend. So yes i recommend you drive slowly and turn right into the driveway when you see the building. Yes this place is on the older side however you do have great benefits. The benefits of a nice and friendly staff. The use of a pallet jack and half hour of a forklift (best to call to make sure someone will be there to drive the forklift) They just repaved so they don't want people to drop their dumpsters on the ground to prevent the the newly paved place from getting messed up. Like I said earlier, this is a older facility so there is no 24 hour access. No air-conditioning but if you don't need that then this place has good rates and like I said the people are nice and the security is great. Everything worked as we had hoped. The worker was friendly and cordial. Returning the truck after the office closed was simple and we did it online. It did involve a lot of picture taking (so be prepared) but it was very convenient. The gas station is next door so returning the vehicle with gas is super easy. I would rent again.

Found out it's a new location too. I think I may had connectivity issues yesterday standing in the garage, I think it's best to stand outside on the sidewalk to complete the steps in the app first then walk in to grab van. 1/27/22: Unable to pickup van share reservation. App didn't give keycode for lockbox. App said to go inside store for help but it was closed, which it shouldn't have been, closing time is 5pm and it was 2pm. Lost valuable time and had to cancel today's move. Van still showing as "dispatched" but I didn't even get it. After about a hour of calling customer service I finally got a hold of someone, hopefully things will resolve and I get my money back. Will try again tomorrow morning.
