I forget the movers names but they were both prompt, handled my items delicately with care, didn't take their sweet time they worked very very hard, disassembled and reassembled a near 50 year old antique silik hutch that I have inherited , they moved everything exactly where it needed to be in my new place, were very polite and respectful and did not damage anything or steal at all. I've dealt with another moving company in the past where I suspected some jewelry went missing. They are the quickest at responses, very reasonable pricing, flexible with their schedules, all in all I am very satisfied and have asked them to move another thing for me as well. 10/10 recommend. They took a two hour lunch (that I paid for) from 12 till 2. They didn't finish until 10PM and that was only because my wife and I ended up packing 30 percent of the house ourselves. They didn't bring enough packing materials and I had to go to Home Depot and spend a hundred dollars to buy more material. They did an awful job of packing such that almost every box was crushed when we received it. They ruined a $5,000 rug and you can hear broken glass in countless boxes. Lastly, there was no accounting on delivery. A guy with a beat up trailer just showed up and unloaded as quickly as possible. We asked him for some accounting and all he said was "this is all I got." We suspect we are missing a substantial amount of our shipment. A word to the wise... use a different company.

So yes i recommend you drive slowly and turn right into the driveway when you see the building. Yes this place is on the older side however you do have great benefits. The benefits of a nice and friendly staff. The use of a pallet jack and half hour of a forklift (best to call to make sure someone will be there to drive the forklift) They just repaved so they don't want people to drop their dumpsters on the ground to prevent the the newly paved place from getting messed up. Like I said earlier, this is a older facility so there is no 24 hour access. No air-conditioning but if you don't need that then this place has good rates and like I said the people are nice and the security is great. They go around and check people's storages to make sure they are locked.

Everything worked as we had hoped. The worker was friendly and cordial. Returning the truck after the office closed was simple and we did it online. It did involve a lot of picture taking (so be prepared) but it was very convenient. The gas station is next door so returning the vehicle with gas is super easy. I would rent again.

Overnight there was nobody at the front desk for 3-4 months, save for a transition person for the first few weeks. If there was a issue, and there was with riffraff getting into the gate, there was nobody to help get rid of them. They began to raise the temperature as well, now you can walk in there and its just as warm as outside at times. And then came the rent increases. My first rent increase was almost $200! I complained and got a temp reprieve, but only for 6 months. I was already paying almost $600. And then the second increase came to $900!!!!!! For what?? Everytime I called Public Storage to complain about the ridiculous pricing and horrible service I was told "we are charging market value" by someone reading a script. So I called Hawaii Self Storage- they will give me the same unit size for less than half the price and thats even after the introductory rate runs out. They will even give me a year long lease, something that Public Storage will not do so they can constantly raise the rent. All of my long term neighbors have moved out. Absolutely scummy tactics from PS. Do not rent from them, you will get ripped off.
