My mom and I shared a unit with my sister but wanted to downsize, plus I was moving and taking my things out. Moving and now clearing out/moving stuff from one storage to another is never fun but the employees here are phenomenal and so helpful and welcoming and informative! First, we hadn't been in our storage in 5 years so the door was actually broken and we couldn't open it properly. Two maintenance gentlemen (one being Skylar) came and helped to get it adjusted so we could get into it that day but also called for it to be repaired and within that week which is what we needed. Whenever we went, we stopped by the front to get tokens for the Dollie's and came across Christie, who in each of our visits and interactions was just the sweetest and so helpful!! Both Christie and Skylar (who was now learning the front desk role) helped us to change our information over to the new unit. The site was giving Skylar issues but both of them were able to make light of the issues and apologized to us for waiting but we were totally fine! It felt like sitting with friends while we were working on getting all this paperwork completed. They never made us feel stupid or unwelcome and it truly meant so much to us! Thank you for everything Christie and Skylar and we will absolutely recommend this location to any friends looking to rent a storage unit. The manager Kim is very nice and professional. Always willing to help if needed. I've notice that she is always cleaning inside and outside of the facility making sure everything is up to par. For one thing, the office has a large screen computer where you can see the security cameras work. For all the cameras in other places, I've never seen staff actually monitoring the cameras. We even moved from Upland to Lake Forest and kept our storage with her for 3 years because she's so great! We were actually so sad to clear out our storage one last time. We will definitely go back to her should we ever need a storage unit again!
