What a rip off! I moved out of this place in December. I got an email stating that I owed $319. Called because I Waac sure they owed me because I over paid. Come to find out that the movers didn't remove the lock so I was still being charged for the unit. WTF! You would think I would get a courtesy call or something about it, but nooooo. They want to charge me for an empty unit. I am never using them again and I would not refer to them at all! Find somewhere else to store your goods! read more

Rented a 14 inch U-Haul from these folks a week ago and it was as painless as it gets. I went in the day before to book and then picked up the next day. Neither individuals I talked with tried to pressure me into insurance, dollies, or anything like that; they simply asked "Would you like to add furniture movers?" or "Would you like to add insurance?" And to the latter question when I asked if I should he said, "It's entirely up to you." I told them my estimated mileage and I got charged for the estimated charges only. I ended up adding one more mile than anticipated so after the initial charge, they then charged the extra .89$ for the extra mile. It was super easy. Normally renting vehicles of any kind is annoying and comes with tons of attempted up-sells or they charge a lot more on your card initially till you turn it in but they were very honest about the whole process. read more

I have been a customer at this location for the last 2.5 years. The management is very helpful and quite responsive to questions. What pleased me the most is how clean the property is kept. Not once did I see any pests or dust for that matter. The halls are brightly lit, I appreciate the fact that the walls are white as this also increases the brightness factor. My mom has a storage unit at a competitors property and inside it is all brown/wood...which makes it seem very dimly lit and not as clean inside. My unit was inside, upstairs by the way. I highly recommend using Storage One on West Tropicana and after you are done moving in, you can grab yourself an IN N Out burger across the street. LOL!! read more

The most awkward and absurd customer service experience I've had in a while. I reserved a Uhaul online for a pickup and drop off from and to this location. A few days later I realized it was more cost efficient to just drop it off on the other side of town. Not bringing it back to this location. I called Uhaul and made changes to the reservation. When I arrived to pickup my Uhaul the owner and his wife both went off on multiple tangents telling me how because i changed my reservation a disabled customer wasn't going to get their Uhaul. They repeatedly tried to make me feel bad and tried to kind of pressure me into changing my reservation as if it was my problem. Which I didn't. Awkward as hell and just all around shitty customer service. Rent elsewhere. You may get guilt tripped during your experience here. read more

I reserve a Uhaul truck a week before... i had an emergency and needed the truck a day before my reservation. I called the office 30 minutes before closing time and was told the truck was available and could pick it up before they closed. I got there in 10 minutes and they were so nice and helpful... they didn't give me a hard time at all. Totally recommend them. read more

Just rented a Uhaul for the 4 time at this location. Mike and Diane are top notch. High level of service, easy reservation system, and excellent availability. The rates are reasonable and the location has availability for all sizes of trucks. I have a small business and 2 storage units and having access of a truck on short notice is extremely helpful. Robert & Victoria are honestly these nicest people you will ever meet, and have been so kind to me since I started renting with Storage One a month ago. I have rented UHauls with them and have had to upgrade to a larger unit and they have always ensured I had everything I needed. This is a review for a car wash. The staff is nice however the car wash and vacuum is the worst. There is no suction on the vacuum. And car wash only accepts tokens and consumed my $20 without a change for a $3 wash. Just terrible. read more

The worst in customer service! We booked a 5pm reservation for a u-haul truck and they "verified" with the current individual who had the vehicle we reserved she would return it at 3pm. We show up at 5pm and they coldly told us we are shit out of luck and it's not their problem but u-hauls. I'm sorry, I didn't know that when 3:15, 3:45, 4, 4:30pm rolled around and the lady didn't bring the truck you didn't sit there and think to extend COMMON COURTESY to a prospective customer that the vehicle they have a 5pm reservation for has not been returned and to make other plans or contact u-haul for further assistance. You instead decided you did your due diligence by sitting on your ass and chit chatting with your co worker.The manager, "Diana", a complete joke. She was the epitome of what's wrong with customer service and it was blatantly reflected in her co worker with their 'rude, matter-of-fact, it's your problem not ours' attitude. This is why some businesses end up hanging their Closed For Business signs permanently. read more

I needed a moving truck at the last minute. At the time, a 15 ft U Haul was available. When I got to the office 20 min later, there were 3 other people trying to rent a truck just before closing time. The original U Haul was no longer available when I got to the counter, but Moreen and Diane were able to get me a slightly larger one for the same price. They even threw in a free dolly for the inconvenience. They are very customer service-driven and made sure we were all well taken care of! Thank you Moreen and Diane!! read more

I never thought I'd be renting a storage unit but I did. My husband and I have rented from StorageOne for about 3yrs. We never had issues with them. They served our needs well. I one day forgot to lock my unit. The manager called me and told me it was unlocked. I quickly drove over to check out my unit and LOCK it this time. Recently my husband passed away and I needed to get rid of some of his things in storage mine and my husbands. But I didn't have any helpers to do so. I called StorageOne and I told Moreen about my situation. She was sympathetic and said that she had a solution. I told her I didn't want to pay another months rent but I didn't have any help to remove my things. Moreen recommended a few charities that I could use. I called Las Vegas Rescue Mission, they came out in a timely manner and removed everything in my storage unit that I didn't want. The things I wanted to keep the guys helped me put in my car. Everything went smoothly and now I have one less thing on my to do list. Thanks again Moreen for your help and understanding. read more

worst customer service ! i called this location when i was in the area a while back and spoke with Linda about a uhaul and storage. this is something i really needed and ended up having to look elsewhere. she kept giving me the wrong prices and putting me on hold!! i don't think she knew what she was talking about or what she was doing. she was a little condescending and rude, not helpful at all!! it did not seem like she knew her job at all and that's a little frustrating for a customer but to top it off you're gonna be rude? sorry, i just can't recommend a place like that. read more

This by far was the best renting experience I have had in renting storage units. The process was seamless and quick. I was taken out to see my storage unit before I even signed the papers. The front office staff was so polite and helpful. You can tell they really value those they serve. The unit itself was clean and ready to go the minute I signed the papers.
