I had the unfortunate experience to have had a storage space here. I vacated it in late August. I have yet to have my phone of the swept out space acknowledged. But then they don't have any problems raising the rent. Too be clear don't rent from the currently the front gate is wide open and they are building more units to accommodate more suckers. Your items are not safe and you will have no customer service. These idiots will contact me by email and tell me someone will contact me and no one ever will. I have to give a star but they deserve none just don't rent here. I asked for a refund for August as there is no secured front gate and the have walk through gate that is 4 feet high . The truck parked in front of it didn't fool me . These people will take your money and provide zero service. read more

DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE! I implore you, do NOT ever use this company. I will list the reasons: 1. Pricing. When you first contact them, they give you a SUPER low price. You can't believe it and eagerly sign up. This happened to us. In 3 months of being there they raised the price by 10%. In another 3 months, another 20%. After a little over a year and constant price raises, we were paying almost twice the price that we first started paying. And you are stuck because you don't want to move and go through the hassle of finding a new place, and THEY KNOW THIS. Very shady company and they do the old "bait and switch" with their pricing. 2. The electronic gate NEVER works. Well okay, it works 2 out of 3 times. The other times you are SOL. We had to wait an hour to get someone on the phone to remedy the problem. We met many other space renters at the facility who all were infuriated and stated the same problem. 3. YOU CAN NEVER GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE! And there is NEVER anyone at the facility. So again, if (I mean WHEN) the gate doesn't open, you can't get anyone on the phone to help. 4. When it's time to cancel your account (which we are in the process of doing), you can't get anyone on the phone. They say on their website to send a notice in writing that you are vacating but I DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADY company! I am sure that the letter I sent them won't go through in the mail somehow - and they'll say I owe them money for the space that I vacated. read more
