This was my 3rd time coming to Rebecca, and each time has been just as amazing as the first! She gives such quality care and can really make you just feel so welcomed and taken care of. My first pregnancy I got 2 scans and they were beautiful and so fun to see baby, this pregnancy we went for a gender reveal(secret for our gender reveal) she got it within 2 minutes, she kept baby gender a secret for us but wrote it in an envelope and she let us see baby for a bit! I had a very special experience with Rebecca at Stork this week. During a long wait between ultrasounds with my doctor, I decided to schedule with Stork for around 15 weeks for reassurance after two miscarriages earlier this year. First of all, the place was lovely, clean, and calming. Rebecca got right into the ultrasound and was able to reassure me with showing the heartbeat and movements quickly. She was patient getting my baby into the right position. She was also personable, chatting about motherhood and making me feel so comfortable. I left feeling very happy with some great photos. This was such a great experience. We have been going through ivf for a while now and when we found out we were pregnant we were over joyed. Any one going through ivf knows your constantly going in for ultrasounds so when we were release to our obgyn and found out we would only be getting 1 ultrasound at 20 weeks this was tough to take in and on our way to Costco one day I saw Stork and looked on to what they all were about. Having the opportunity to schedule something as simple 2d scan or getting a more detailed 4d scan gave us reassurance that we needed. This was such an amazing experience at almost 11 weeks we got to hear the babies heart beat for the first time and see how it has grown from our original scan at 7 weeks. Rebecca did such an amazing job and we can't wait to schedule our 4d ultrasound in the future. We would definitely recommend their services. read more

I had fantastic experience at Stork 4D Imaging last week. The location and the room itself was beautiful and from my initial call to the ultrasound was a wonderful experience. The staff was patient and kind, answered my questions and let me add on the most adorable teddy bear with the heartbeat during the session. This was by far the most unique experience for my second pregnancy seeing everything in 4D and of course, much more time than you get during the normal doctor's appointments. I had a great experience at this studio! They were prompt, took me in right away, and did a great job! I didn't need a doctor's note to book an appointment which was nice since I wanted a quick ultrasound and was able to book a "quick peak". My baby was breeched at my last doctors appointment and I wanted to check to see if the baby flipped back to head down since I am in my 3rd trimester, I didn't want to have to wait a month until my next ultrasound appointment with my doctor and booking this appointment with Stork was so easy, convenient, and reassuring! The technician was kind, helpful, and professional. I would definitely book with them again in the future. I have to give it a perfect 5 stars! We came here for just a gender reveal, so no crazy 4d ultrasounds or anything for us. Our normal doctor wouldnt do it yet at 15weeks and we just couldn't wait! Entrance when you walk in is super cute. You can buy clothes for you and your new mini if you find out and wish to do so. They had multiple gender reveal "gags" if that's your thing. They can also put the heart beat in a stuffed animal and give you your whole ultrasounds on a CD for a few bucks more. Our tech (can't remember her name I am sorry... it was probably the owner though??) but she was hilarious and perfect. She made us feel super comfortable and relaxed. The way she broke our news that we were having a.... BOY.... was too good and overall it was just a great experience with her. The room itself is so welcoming. A huge sofa... big screens to watch it on (although I was right up at the machines screen haha) and decorated very nicely. While I cannot speak for 4d imagining I can speak for our gender reveal (finding out) and we loved every part of it. We bought the CD (like 10bucks) and got 100 images which we picked multiple amazing ones from to post online. I would recommend coming here based off our visit for sure! Amazing experience with lovely people! It was so cute inside and my ultrasound was very comfortable. The images were incredible and I've never seen anything like it. I did have a 3D ultrasound with my son a very long time ago with my OB. There's a gift shop in the front, and once you have have your photos done you even get a discount at the hospital. So I'm giving two stars for how the store front looked however I left the establishment feeling offended and a little disappointed. Everything started out well. We purchased the 30 minute session. We started a little early, I was surprised the technician didn't introduce herself at all but I didn't say anything. We just wanted to see our little girl. I was confused as to why the picture on the screen was so small but I didn't really make a big deal about it. As the session went on, the technician was friendly however as we got into the conversation about who our daughter looked like, she started making comments that I didn't appreciate. So, my husband is half white and half black and I am Asian. As we were looking at the footage we all pretty much agreed that we think the baby looks like my husband. However, I made a comment like "she may look like you but she could still look Asian." The technician laughs and says "You'll just look like the nanny. Because she looks nothing like you." Boy..... was I in shock!! I couldn't believe she said that. I don't believe she was trying to be offensive however there are things you just don't say to people. She laughed it off and didn't acknowledge how rude that was. I tried to play it off as I didn't want that remark to ruin that moment we were seeing our daughter. Towards the last 10mins of our session, baby wasn't really cooperating. She kept putting her feet in her face. I was trying to suggest different things I could do like walk around the room, jump up and down, etc. all the technician was saying was "you could try..." like aren't you supposed to give me some ways? Or help me out a little more? All I get it is... "you could try.." maybe she just wanted to end the session. Not sure. After the session ended, we waiting for our pictures. I was disappointed that the printed pictures were standard 4x6 in size however the actual ultrasound picture was so small and in the center of the photo. You would think they would atleast crop out the border and zoom it in somehow. The establishment was cute and clean but I wouldn't come back to this place. We are planning do another ultrasound in a few weeks but we will be going somewhere else. read more

I really wanted to leave this place a better review but seeing as I reached out twice post-session, voiced concern and was completely ignored I have to voice my experience. Overall, disappointed with the final product that I received during a recent session. Yes, as everyone says here, the place is cute but when charging nearly $140 for a session I feel that the final product should be of better caliber. The images we received were much less than the samples posted on their website and in the store. We could only see half of our baby's face. I understand a lot of this is baby positioning but the biggest issue is the tech realizing this but not offering us to come back for a re-do. Even worse, the DVD we received freezes abruptly at 18 minutes in and shuts off. Session was 30 minutes. Like I said, I've attempted to voice this to entity with no response from them. This is where I have the biggest issue. No way we received a product worth $140; I feel ripped off. It really was not worth the money. read more

I came here the morning of New Years Eve for a gender reveal ultrasound. This place is so cute and it smells so good inside!! The woman working there was very friendly and took her time with me. The rooms are very spacious and have couches and flat screens on the wall that connect to the ultrasound machine, so all your guests can see what is going on. It totally did not feel like a doctors office, which I was expecting. They can tell you the gender at 15 weeks when doctors normally wait until 20 weeks. Before I left I bought a stuffed animal with my babies heartbeat and a confetti popper to do my reveal. They have tons of stuff available for purchase. I can't wait to come back for a longer ultrasound when I am 30 weeks along so I can see more of my baby BOY! I recommend this place to everyone. read more

They were able to find out my baby's gender for our gender reveal! And - they had gender reveal boxes ready-decorated and ready for purchase - Which I was grateful for! I am so disappointed with the pictures they provide me and I feel like I just wasted $107. They gave me copies on CD and you'll see that the border of the picture is bigger than the picture of your baby. If you crop the picture, it will lose its pixel quality and you'll end up with a useless blurry picture. I am so disappointed because I was thinking of using it for my baby shower next weekend and now I will end up with no picture at all. I called them and they say that's really how their pictures look like. I used different company for my selective 4D ultrasound at 20 weeks and they provide better quality pictures, I could just went back to that company and got better photos. I have used them for all three of my babies. Most recently today. I had ease scheduling my appointment, they fit me in very quickly. The store is clean, my tech was amazingly fun to work with. My husband and I didn't know if we wanted to know the gender, and since my husband wasn't there I didn't want to know until he was there with me! Our tech decided to write a note on our DVD so we could watch it together. It made for a wonderful reveal so that the whole family could watch it together! My kids about died when we found out what we were having! And I'd like to point out, the tech didn't once give away the gender when I was there! Super professional! The room where the ultrasound is preformed is very spacious too! There's a couch! You can bring the whole family and fit them in comfortably. I recommend them whole heartily.
