Lori Russ was phenomenal and the MRI techs were great... very caring, kind and very helpful !! I had an MRI done and it was a third of the cost of having it done at the hospital!!!! I have a close relative who is a radiologist and he reviewed the report and had such compliments about the radiologist report!! I RECOMMEND FUTURE DIAGNOSTICS FULLY, WHOLEHEARTEDLY AND WITHOUT RESERVATION!! Thank you to everyone who helped me while I was there. All were completely professional, medically knowledgeable and caring and kind. Will definitely go there again if I should need an MRI again!!!

Everyone else I dealt with was friendly and courteous. My appointment was handled in a professional manner in a reasonable amount of time. First impressions are important.

It was mammogram time again. I had no power and everything at home was a bit chaotic. I hate canceling appointments on the day of service because it just seems rude to me. However, I had no other choice in this situation. I called and spoke to an appointment desk representative who was kind, sympathetic, and understanding. The storm impacted so many people, and she was understanding. Rescheduling was hassle free. My new appointment date and time was set for today at 11 a.m. Well, I put the wrong time in my phone calendar thinking the new appointment was 12:30 p.m. (like my previous appointment). I showed up at noon! I was so embarrassed and felt badly. Tio, the representative, was so kind and understanding. I apologized profusely. He told me that they would fit me in. I told him I'm willing to wait as it's totally my fault for mixing up the appointment time. The waiting room is gorgeous and relaxing. I waited for less than 5 minutes! The technician, Tracyna (I hope I spelled her name correctly), greeted me with a warm smile and escorted me to the changing room. She was so kind, professional, patient, and understanding. I apologized to her, too. Tracyna was so gracious and welcoming! We chatted for a couple of minutes while she explained the procedures and answered questions. She has a wonderful sense of humor and sweet disposition. The procedure took about 20 minutes. I hugged Tracyna and thanked her for being a wonderful human being. I like her so much that when I'm in the building again, I'm going to stop by to say hello. Now, you know my story. I highly recommend Prime Medical Imaging. If you go, please say hello to Tio and Tracyne for me!

I am not sure how they can remedy this but they certainly need to. My last exam, I had a sticky note on the order with the doctor's name and fax number; however, the doctor never received it, though they said thy faxed it. I had the foresight to call the day before my appointment, to ensure the office had the results. They did not, and I had to have it re-sent to the office. The staff is kind, caring, and thorough, but there seems to be something not quite right about ensuring the results get where they need to. I would recommend a "follow-up" protocol be put into place.

I know insurance companies will tell you that a nurse practitioner is "just as good" - they are not. I switched to Dr. Mike and he adjusted my medication - lower does and different meds, and spoke in positive and motivational ways about lifestyle changes. Everything is under control now and I feel great - with less medication. When I had a distal triceps rupture he referred me immediately to a competent surgeon who performed the extensive repair. I can't speak to the negative reviews of office staff that I have seen on Yelp, except to note that many of those reviews are dated and I have to believe that Hedges Clinic has addressed the issue because everyone I communicate with there is polite and I have no problems. I only rated 4 stars instead of 5 because they offer no weekend hours. I understand that doctors and staff want to enjoy weekends off like everyone, but they're in the healthcare industry, which is like the service industry in many ways. Not all working stiffs can take a day off work to go to the doctor. It would be nice if they were open 1/2 days perhaps every other Saturday. Sometimes you have to be at work when others are off to run the best business. That critique is for the Clinic - Dr. Mike still gets 5 stars.

I really wish I listened to all the reviews on Yelp. I would not even recommend this place to my…read moreworst enemy. They charge you for every single little thing and then have the nerve to double billed you. I experienced a misscarriage and it seems like all they wanted was the surgery money. They did several ultrasounds to check the status of the baby but didn't do the basic HCG test. They couldn't answer a single question like how far along I was in the pregnancy. They mentioned I had cysts but then refused to answer any of my questions regarding the cysts, even though I've been having fertility issues for over 9 months. This whole experience was extremely traumatic and now I'm terrified of doctors. I have been trying to conceive for months and these jerks just tell me there's nothing they can do "it just takes time". This was the most traumatic and heartless experience. Please take the advice from everyone and avoid this place like the plague!!!!!! Nobody should have to do deal with added trauma during an already difficult time like a miscarriage.

I started with the practice in summer of 2022 and saw Dr. Jones (who is no longer with the…read morepractice). I had my annual with her and she ran all sorts of blood tests, one of which being my thyroid antibodies. In summer of 2024 I saw Dr. Gress' team and they were great to work with. But the nurses and office staff, not so much. Every time I talk with them on the phone I feel like I'm fighting with them and selling my soul to get a simple test. I needed to get in to see someone at the office in December of 2024 but no other doctors were available besides Dr. Danielle. The office staff called me THREE times to tell me that if I see Dr. Danielle, I am not allowed to move my care to another doctor. So basically if I don't like her I'm stuck with her or have to leave the practice. Come December 2024, I saw Dr. Danielle. She was great to begin with, did all the tests that I asked of her but somehow my urine test got thrown out without anyone testing it. Dr. Danielle was reviewing my notes with Dr. Jones from 2.5 year earlier and saw that my thyroid antibodies were elevated and in a state of having hashimotos and Dr. Jones wrote in my notes that I needed to see an endocrinologist - which Dr. Jones never actually told me this. It wasn't until I saw Dr. Danielle that they eventually told me I needed to see an endocrinologist. My two miscarriages could have possibly been avoided had Dr. Jones told me back in the summer of 2022 that I needed to see an endocrinologist. A few weeks later I asked her to prescribe me some progesterone due to my luteal phase symptoms. The nurse called back and said that she will not give me the progesterone (even though another doctor has given it to me in that practice before due to my luteal phase symptoms), and that if i wanted progesterone for my luteal phase symptoms that I would have to take an oral contraceptive, even though I'm TTC!! Every time I talk with them I feel like I'm fighting for my life and selling my soul to get anything that I want or need for my health. I will not be using them for prenatal care once I fall pregnant.
