I live out of state, but wanted to have an ultrasound for piece of mind. I compared multiple private ultrasound places and Peek a Baby 3D was nearby, it seems less expensive than other places I looked and and it was very easy to book the appointment online. We had trouble getting there, but I think that was related to our phone GPS. First we ended up at a carwash, and then a business strip mall. FInally we decided to call and the woman that answered was very friendly, had a good sensor of humor and was able to guide us to the correct location. Luckily we were nearby. It is near the Target and there is a liquor store nearby! Razan was immediately warm when we walked in and she quickly got us back into the ultrasound room. She made me feel at ease and had such good energy. We got to say hi to baby and she took measurements. If you are looking for a private ultrasound, I highly recommend Peek a Baby 3D. read more

I came here with my fiancés parents, my parents and my sister and there was plenty of room. The ultrasound tech Razan is honestly what made the experience so special she's so sweet and talks to baby the whole time to get them to position for good pictures. She really made me and my family feel so welcome and thankful to of chose this facility. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Our ultrasound technician Razan was kind, funny, gentle and showed the upmost care for myself, my baby and my husband. She delivered on the full 30 minute session giving us great information along the way. We got tons of photos and videos that were clear and are going to be such a sweet keepsake. This place is absolutely wonderful, they made my entire family and i feel at home. The ultrasound technician was making all of us smile and laugh and made the time even more pleasant than It could possibly be. She was the best so kind and funny, they were also kind enough to give a free screening when the baby was being shy. Amazing location. The minute you walk into the door you feel welcomed. Don't let the outside of the plaza fool you because the inside is adorable. Had an ultrasound at 17 weeks, the person who did it explained that it was still early and my husband and I could come back between 23-28 weeks for a complimentary redo but not to wait too long as baby would be pretty smushed after that to get a good image. I called today to see when we could come back and the owner (I'm assuming) vehemently denied any offer for a redo, trying to make me seem like I'm lying. My husband was right next to me when it was told to us we could do a redo. Even he said while I was on the phone with her "That's not what we were told". Since she made no notes of any of this, we have to pay again if we want to see our baby. Paying isn't the issue, it's denying to the customer what was said at the ultrasound and then telling me I'm wrong; especially when I have someone who heard the entire exchange. We will not be back, nor will we ever recommend this facility. read more

Peek A Baby is such a wholesome, family-run business. When you first walk in, you can tell right away (by the decor and the smiles) that this is a place of warmth and understanding. Siwar, the receptionist, is both sweet and eager to help customers. Her mother, Razan, is the one who operates the ultrasound machine for the office and comes with many years of experience in this technologically-advanced field. They are both respectful and kind people, and it is great to see a woman-owned tech business be run the way they run Peek A Baby. Razan's attitude and customer interaction skills are truly remarkable; it's clear that she has a positive influence on her daughter. My wife felt at ease throughout our entire visit, and it was so nice to hear about Razan's background and past relevant work experience in the ultrasound services world. Determined to get us good images of our baby, Razan worked with my wife, repositioning her or the imaging wand as needed, and gently calling out to our baby to help get it to cooperate with our material desires, haha. Even though my wife was already 32 weeks pregnant, and already knew we were expecting a son, we chose the "Peek A Gender" package as it included everything we wanted out of our visit (namely the 3D/2D images on a USB drive, paired with some photos which Siwar kindly printed for us on-site). For the level of service that this relatively-new business, the package's affordable price was totally worth the 40 minutes it took us to drive over from Chicago proper. read more

I had the absolute best experience here, I've been here twice now for the same pregnancy and both times I felt very welcomed and taken care off. The tech Razan is so lovely and knowledgeable. This was such a lovely experience! Not only is Razan very experienced and knowledgeable, but she also has such a warm and loving bedside manner! She made me feel so comfortable and like she really cared for me and my baby. My baby was not very cooperative, but Razan worked so hard to get us some good shots; I was very impressed by her determination because I was ready to give up multiple times! The ultrasound room itself was cozy and did not have a "medical" feel to it. The front desk staff (Siwar) was super sweet and lovely, as well. I highly recommend Peek A Baby! Absolutely horrible. This would have been a 5 star but unfortunately they completely ruined that by the rudest person ever on the phone today. I bought this for my daughter as a gift. The technician on-site when we went was awesome; however, our little guy refused to show his face. My daughter did jumping jacks and everything possible to get the baby to move but he just wouldn't. The technician told us she owed us a pic of his face. She told us come back at 26-28 weeks and we will definitely see him. I was pleasantly surprised. But wanted to confirm what we meant by "owe us". So I said this is complimentary? She replied yes. I said and I get to come with. She replied yes. So we called to schedule and guess what????? Not complimentary. They want more money. I explained the entire convo. The person on the phone said yes, we would have redone in a week (which we would have done if that's what we were told- we were specifically told to wait!). Nothing I hate more than when someone promises you something and then goes back on their word. There are plenty of these places around. Go to a different location!! $149 and we heard the heartbeat.
