Unfortunately, I had a misunderstanding with Lavender and the initial conversation did not go well. But the owner of the company, Bernard, found out about it and spent a lot of time resolving the issues. It is commendable that he went above and beyond what was required to make the situation right. So I would like to say that although we had a disagreement, Bernard stuck with ironing it out until we reached a satisfactory conclusion. I regret that I was so upset with them in the beginning when some reasonable conversation was able to smooth things over. Also, I have had an excellent home health aide through Lavender for several years. We have become very good friends and I look forward to her visit each week. She is like my right arm around the house now. Bernard did make sure that I got an aide that was a good fit for me and that is part of this kind of business that sends help to older folks in their homes. That kind of assistance is invaluable for me and I appreciate that Bernard took the time to see that everything was taken care of going forward.
