We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.

Have had 2 other property management companies since; one kept costs low by ignoring long-term maintenance that the tenant didn't report, the other outsourced everything ($114 to put mylar numbers on mailboxes!). With property taxes and insurance skyrocketing, I had started to go cash-negative -- until hiring Tx Property Manager. Owners also have access to the software so they can submit requests, download monthly and annual statements, and communicate with us as well. We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete.
