The oil change, tire rotation and alignment, and a thorough inspection were done in a timely manner. I used a discount code I got in the mail, but they also offer AAA and military discounts. If you don't have the money for repairs you can also pay with Affirm and if approved you would make monthly payments. This is a great option for someone on a tight budget. The one thing I did not like is that I know the AC needs repairs, but they would have to do a diagnostic before any repairs which will cost you almost $200 alone.

I arrived that Thursday morning to fine Chris there, Nico nowhere to be found, no parts, no order history for the parts, and Chris had no idea what was going on. So I re-explained everything to him, and again scheduled for the Monday morning before Easter at 10 am. I called before arriving and was told the parts are there but can I came in around noon. I agreed but was hesitant, and asked if they could call me when a bat was open. A few hours passed and then I received a text message from Nico saying it will be around 3:30pm. Since transmission problems were unchartered territory for myself here in New Braunfels, I did not have the first clue where to take our high maintenance pavement princess. Not knowing any better, and against my better judgement, I had my Suburban towed to the local Chevrolet dealer. After receiving a quote higher than Willie Nelson, some friends of ours recommended Brinkkoeter Transmissions. With nothing to lose, other than another tow bill, I called the tow truck and had her towed to Brinkkoeter. Just after a couple days, and our wallet a little lighter, our baby was back on the road again. Backed by a guarantee better than the factory with a 3 year/100,000 warranty. Doyle also informed us that the dealer had probably neglected to tell us that our particular transmission had undergone 6 software updates that GM had failed to notify us about. This probably will be the last GM product I ever buy, but I digress.... The customer service was top notch, the communication was great, and the overall experience was great. They also saved us a lot of money compared to the dealership. While I hope I never have to use Brinkkoeter ever again, I highly recommend anyone who needs transmission work. Sure enough, it was ready before noon the next day, and considering a fuel pump replacement on my F150 requires dropping the fuel tank to do, it was a very quick turn around! The quality of the work was superb and communication was excellent the whole way through. The price for parts and labor was also well below some of the other quotes I was given which was only icing the cake!
