I just figured it was beefier than other models. I noticed that the steering wheel seemed to have a lot of play in it and I wanted to make sure there were no issues. I took in the Jeep to another local automotive shop and they quoted me thousands to replace a steering damper, fix the alignment and undergo flushes and fluid changes and even a steering gear replacement. $800 later I get my vehicle back and the issue is still 100% the SAME. From there they quoted me on more fixes .. stating they go through a Chrysler recommended checklist. I felt ripped off and was not about to throw away more money going through some crumby checklist until we got it right ... I was already out of pocket and that's when I called Christian Brothers. I received excellent customer service... the shop had a lead mechanic who loved Jeeps which already put me at ease. They worked with my inspection costs knowing that I had already had a horrible experience elsewhere.. the mechanics gave a thorough inspection and outlined charts showing how my vehicle held up. It turns out she came back with absolutely nothing wrong .. it was just that a vehicle with a suspension and the size tires that I have .. will have more play in the steering. The shop gave me excellent recommendations and I plan on getting new tires and taking her into Christian Brothers to get realigned afterwards. Honesty is rare .. especially these days. And customer service is also a rarity. This shop has integrity, and I am grateful. I had already thrown money away to fix problems that didn't exist and I would have continued to do so if I stayed at the previous shop. We will be returning customers. Thank you Christian Brothers.

It's my fault for being ignorant but I definitely wish I would've done more of my research, and my car is still having problems which is just the cherry on top.

The way it was lowered was unbelievably unsafe. The floor pans will replace with random sheets of metal. And the gentleman who sold me the truck promise to install parts as part of our agreement and when I went to pick the truck up, everything was just thrown in the bed. I've been fighting with the truck for 5 to 6 months.Fixing the rear figuring out the frames issues and the only reason why this is now happening is because I see that I was sold a total piece of junk by a "speed shop" that works on other peoples vehicles. Explained another garage had done $2400.00 in subpar work. They kept vehicle a couple days, called said that unit needed $3800 + in repairs, didnt seem right but I declined and picked up unit. Paid $90.00 for service, vehicle was parked for almost 7 weeks, a week ago, my grandson came to town asked what wrong with vehicle told him, he took a look and told me, 1st off engine guards top & bottom were missing and all the tabs & rivets were placed by windshield. $220.00 to replace. He fixed my unit for $50.00. A clogged radiator was the problem! NOT REPLACE THERMOSTAT / WATERPUMP / RADIATOR. Tony still has not called to tell where my parts are at!!! These guys are wolves acting like they care about repairing cars.
