He likes to say I'm poor with rich man's taste but I'm fact he charged me for all after market parts (to replace the parts he sold) refused to show me receipts and also charged me for work that wasn't even complete! His work is sub par to say the least. Multiple times I asked if we had all the parts we needed and was told yes. 4 years later I get a stripped down truck with no running boards rear fenders not one complete system he said was finished. Rear wiring incomplete a/c system incomplete, brake system incomplete. Lights dash nothing wired. It looks as if Stevie wonder put this together. No offense Stevie fans. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! My hatchback was hit by a newer jeep truck as I sat at a stop sign leaving a neighborhood. My car took a big hit. An ac line was ruptured and radiator was too. Both were replaced but Nicole said these things weren't usually replaced. She also says the slogan. They replaced both, and cosmetically my cars face is repaired. My ac is holding Freon but a sensor may be at fault. This car was sent through CC to get fixed, the last time I paid $100 out of pocket for the diagnostics. We drove away like the previous times to pick up groceries or take out, and the ac was not cold by the time we arrived to the stores. Nicole told me she'd get back to me and she never did. Her manager even took my car in one morning since I was having consistent issues, I told him my hood was damaged from the accident but he didn't reply as to not care enough to say he'd fix it.
