I have been looking for a security company since moving to the area and finally settled on Strada after first contacting one of the larger - well known. Technician on the phone, Kevin Martinez, was very helpful in walking me through the design of my system over the phone and scheduling my installation. The pricing was definitely more reasonable and still gives me room to grow with my needs as I decide what else I may wish to add. On the day of installation - O'Neil was here within the time window and ready to work. Since I work from home it is important that the person be able to work independently - without little interruption to me. O'Neil was that person. He found the right location for my security panel, as well as locations for the glass break and motion monitors. Installation was complete in less than 2 hours and no mess was left behind. I was referred to Strada electric by Duke Energy. They are very accommodating in picking an appointment time for me and with me. The technician, Al Chiarelli, gave me a courtesy call and introduced himself letting me know he was on his way. He was very professional and although my work was not completed at the initial visit, being more involved than I anticipated, with additional parts needed to be ordered, his knowledge was for greater than any one I had ever seen from other companies. I had my air conditioner maintenance serviced on August 2nd by STRADA SERVICES. The technician was JULIO NIEVES; Julio was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about my A/C system. I told him about an issue I thought we might have had with our blower motor. Julio went the extra mile to be sure it was working correctly, trouble shooting and providing a fix the previous maintenance service contractor didn't have the knowledge to implement. Our AC stop working around 5 :00pm and I called Strada Services thinking that it was too late to get someone to come to the house and believe it or not a technician by the name Aaron came out around 7:15pm. This company was paid to complete a pool pre wire during construction. The job was not completed I had to pay another company to complete the job costing over $1000. I have spoken to multiple people in management, and have gotten the run around and been passed around from person to person for over a month! Can not be trusted!
