Also the woman I dealt with was extremely rude, terrible customer service! I went to a REAL jewelry and they told me the clasp was not gold at all. They showed me how easy the clasp was to bend right in half and said it should be able to be bent that way if it was real gold. The clasp also broke within a couple months of me having it back.
