We were on our way to the haunted forest but got tricked by the circus. This was incredible and well done. There was a line on a Thursday so we went for the fast pass. Worth the extra in my opinion. Don't read if you don't want spoilers- My favorite parts- the doors and hallway getting smaller, strobe light with mask guy. He was creepy and in my face and freaking me out. The spinning part with the bridge. Trips your mind. Then the floor after. The huge fat man. And more. So fun. Makes me feel young again

Great experience! VIP passes well worth it! Fun, friendly cast who really make the experience come to life. Virtually no wait, and once you get in you'll see some scares that no other place in utah has! 10/10 thanks again to the strangling brothers for such a great night!

Waiting....waiting....waiting. The line moves slower than molasses.

Summary: 2 hour wait, 15 minute zombie hunt/maze. Not worth the cost or time. Stopped by tonight at 8:30pm for the Zombie Hunt which sounded pretty cool based on the website. Bought tickets online, waited in the zombie line for 30 mins, then a staff member told us to go wait in the ticket line to get our paper tickets, then waited there only to find out that our phone tickets were fine. Went back to the original line and waited 1.5 hours to finally get inside. That sucked. Then the "hunt" only lasted 15 minutes max and was pretty terrible. It's basically a short haunted house maze with 3 stops along the route to shoot paintball guns that are mounted to the table. You have a hopper with 15-20 paintballs inside, and you can shoot at a small group of zombies walking toward you. The zombies were wearing masks, but it looks like they had very little protective gear and they had their hands tucked into their hoodie pouches. I hope that these folks are getting adequate padding and protection! I'm sure that stuff hurts if all they have on are hoodies and masks. If you're looking for something worth spending your money on that's scary, I highly recommend Nightmare on 13th (5/5 stars) and Fear Factory (3.5/5 stars).

You can purchase two photos for $10. They take a "normal one" and a "scary" one.

Creepy fun time. Went with my 12 year old son and and a friend. We had a ball. Definitely a unique experience in Utah and worth it.

Went to the Haunted Circus for my first time this past Saturday night, and I will say it's legit and quite intense.

My friends and I made a night of it, with dinner beforehand. We all gathered together at the entrance and were able to take photos together in the courtyard, awaiting our turn to go in (I appreciate the food stands available, that I'll take advantage of in the future). I loved the animatronics that would cause the jump scares! The actors were fun, but could have been a tad creepier to add to the effects. Next time I'll try the pass that allows the actors to touch you. It was a little difficult to find our cars after leaving the forest. Maybe in the future, there could be more indicators for parking lot rows? Great job! We had fun!

I was mostly shocked at how many vendors there were for food and things to see before you entered the trail. They had lots of sweet treats and burgers to purchase if you're hungry before you go in! The waitlist to get in once you've arrived isn't too long and it's nice that they have staggered entry times to avoid as much bottle necking as possible. There are a lot of actors running around ready for photo ops as well as animatronics to look at as well in the "Graveyard". The trail itself had a good variety of themed "houses" to walk through and overall, a great time!

This was great for a large group. Our group ranged in age from 8 to 79. It was scary enough that it was fun, but not too scary for our 8 YO. Everyone from the kids to teenagers to parents and grandparents were able to join in, work on the puzzles, get scared and have fun. Everyone was able to participate in finding clues and solving puzzles. It was challenging for the adults, but accessible for the kids. Our host was amazing (I think his name was Jonah) . We did not escape but still enjoyed it. It was hard but not frustratingly so. The first-timers and regular escape room fans both had fun.

We did the Asylum room and started out with one of our members in a straight jacket, intriguing! The room itself was decorated well and looks to be part of their actual haunted house route - super cool! This is their hardest rooms and we were close the finishing, but ran out of time. I would love to come back and try some of the other rooms! The pricing for each person is reasonable (which is what caught our eyes in the first place) and I think the experience was well worth it. Can't wait to go back!

You know what the real nightmare on 13th is? The amount of time you spend waiting in line, only to be swindled in, back to back with other patrons through the haunt. Enter Dead City, a relatively new haunt (within the past couple of years) that serves as the antidote to Nightmare on 13th. As usual, I really only knock stars because I wish the hands on experience was a bit more intense, but I get it, Dead City is brand new and probably not eager to get a lawsuit. No pun intended, there is a little bit of "dead space" where it's a bit thematically dull, and the scares are in short supply. But my God, when these people scare you they SCARE you. I came on Halloween, and I don't know if it was the last day of the season or what, but those actors were insane. Lots of rooms are really creative, and the end is essentially a maze. Where the actors will not help you out just to rush you along. Last night we went for "Krampus" night, which was festive as all get out. It was essentially a 2 for 1 experience. You got to have some scares, and see some Christmas lights. What's a word for something that's both fantastic and terrifying at the same time? Nonetheless, loved the creativity. As far as I know, they're the first of the haunts to ever do anything like this, and hopefully they make it a tradition. See ya'll next year!
