It's so clean, there are a lot of available washers (large and small) and dryers, all the units are working, and when I had a problem (one of my towels got stuck in the door and water was leaking) the two women who work here could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Super Bubbles.

Additionally, I quickly learned it was a convenient place for dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up; right off I-91 North exit 6, and back on I-91 South to where I was living in City Point. Dry cleaning isn't done on premises, but if you're ok with that they do a fine job. Whoever does the dry cleaning does well with the basics and clothes are clean and pressed inside plastic coverings until you get them. I never used the washers there, but the place seemed clean and pleasant overall.

The rude attendant asked me if the clothes were clean or dirty I said clean. He was like you can't put the bag on the table. I said well I need to put them in the dryer. He was like well just put them right into the dryer. I didn't want to have to bend all the way down to the floor to take the clothes from the bag in order to put them into the dryer hence why I put the bag on the table. I stood there for a minute because I was shocked at how rude he was being. Because I hadn't move the bag yet he came over snatches my bag off of the table and says well you can put it in here as he puts my bag in one of the rolly baskets. He was like people's clean clothes go on the table. Instead of being rude, nasty and snatching my bag he could've simply just said can you put your bag in the basket please as peoples fold their clean clothes on the table. Judging from the comments it seems like he needs to learn how to talk to people. Also I am black, I didn't think his nastiest was due to racism at first but right after he snapped at me he talked to other customers (who were white) and was so nice and pleasant to them. Seeing from the comments that he's been nasty to other people of color maybe he is racist or maybe he just has a nasty attitude in general. This place is right down the street from me. Because of my experience I will never go this place again no matter how convenient it is. Recently (in the last month or 2), there was a change in management. In that time, the new staff has taken a number of my shirts and switched them from "laundered" to "dry-cleaned" AFTER drop-off, when the instructions (mine and the label) were "wash and dry and press". This turned a $40-50 order into a $70 order. When I questioned them on it, I was told that the fabric (flannel) was too thick for the press. The same fabric that they had been laundering for years. Why would someone pay $8-10 to dry-clean a $30 washable flannel shirt? It seems that the new management (or maybe just this one employee) is attempting to find a way to increase their revenue by sticking it to long time dedicated customers. I was treated like I was crazy for questioning them. Sadly, I 'm changing stores. Time to try On the Spot or Robin Hood.

He tells me that when they fold the clothes, they "get wrinkled" and what I'm saying makes "no sense" I said how come when I dry and fold these same pants at home, they don't get wrinkled?
